- Shout out to @thevector384 for recommending I do this edit. I used to listen to this original video so many times and would have to constantly go back to the beginning so I could just listen to her. So, I present to you this edit in all its delicious headset microphone glory!
Many comments were stating and asking things like "good ASMR but wtf is she going on about?" lol And I know why, but she's saying the same thing that many a great philosopher and mystic have been saying for millennia. And she's great at it too, really, but I will say that Alan Watts or Jiddu Krishnamurti might be a better entry point for those who are asking the same thing.

She's saying to focus on the present moment. No matter where you are or what you're doing, slow down and realize what's around you totally. Whatever you're experiencing, wholly be there for it. No distractions or wandering thoughts.
Yes that's right! And the more aware one becomes and the more one learns to pay attention to the distractions and wandering thoughts as they happen - not trying to stop them, but just simply "watch" them - the more one will not have them interfere with the present moment. Our info-bombardment culture is the most difficult challenge for this, so to whomever is working on this, know that you will get better at it! Just keep watching! Or... "Noticing"!

@@azereptile9108 To be aware of what's real, what's actually happening, instead of living out of our mental imaginings, anxieties, self-concepts, hypothetical scenarios, hopes, fears, memories, future possibilities, etc. This is similar in many ways to the practice of Zen. She's inviting others to be radically present in the moment.

I discovered her about 10-15 years ago when i started getting into ASMR. But had totally forgotten about her until a week ago when she randomly appeared on my recommended. I didn't even remember she existed, lol. Shes got a great/ unique voice. Ill give her that. Ok time to night night ✌️ 🌎

But no seriously I definitely know what you mean with regard to a lot of people out there, but I genuinely get from her after checking her out for years now, including her page, that she just speaks softly most of the time.
That's one of the characteristics of a lot of these spiritual teachers is they tend to speak very softly quietly and slowly I think it's to hypnotize people in a way. I think most of them are just scam artists
