You're doing mistake cause your brain in this video concentrating to relax so his speech would be unclear and he actually do not try to speech more understandable for beginners

And just because it is temporary makes no difference...half asleep in church is temporary too. Its not for any one to say it is not. Negative is what you want to avoid? Start by avoiding what is not meditation. If it doesn't fit into your way of meditating, just don't worry about it. You still have that bad habit.
