@@fc4660completely agree but… sometimes there’s parts/triggers that people dislike and find unrelaxing or on the other hand there’s parts that people find super relaxing and want to watch it over and over!! I personally dislike lotion type sounds but I love the chattier parts of the video!

I love the idea of pampering and extra self care to overlooked areas like the hands, and making yourself a little kit from things you can find at your local shop (or even stuff you may already have at home). I went and gathered up my "hands care kit" to follow along at home. Got my exfoliant scrub, my cuticle oil, my lotions and hand cremes.
One of the most enjoyable and relaxing ASMR channels I've found by chance lately. A calming and soothing voice, one of my favorites ever (as a singer and voice over actress I'm pretty picky when it comes to ASMR voices, soft spoken, whispering and sounds in general). I've learnt a lot of things about aromatherapy, reflexology, so thank you for all your work and most of all for your passion and knowledge - they do come through 🥰Greetings from Italy!

@@buzzer4626 I agree with you, I've been listening to ASMR for a decade I would say, now I really struggle to find videos that give me the ASMR and relaxing effect as they seem to have lost in spontaneity. Even historical ASMR artists I've really followed for years are not my cup of tea anymore (except for WhispersRed, Sophie Michelle, Karuna Satori and Be Brave Be You which are still my favourites). Too many props, too many layered sounds, triggers and the sound design is either extremely edited and saturated (and it's annoying to my ears) or the volumes are all over the place and not really relaxing. So I'm very happy to have found Fern, I think she represents the core of ASMR and its effortlessness in providing tingles and relaxation.

Very good video, relaxing and informative. The 'Helping hands' cream from Lush I can't recommend enough! Its amazing. My hands were literally red, itchy and very sore from using household cleaning products. This cream worked wonders. Cleared up my skin completely in just a couple of days. It soothes the skin but somehow it healed it too. Lasts a long time as well.
Always such a relaxing and calming experience watching your videos. Love your dynamic and as a viewer one can tell that you both really enjoy preparing and doing these sessions which really makes it extra enjoyable 🥰 thank you!

Something unexpected I found was combining a tablespoon of melted coconut oil and a tablespoon of castor oil and combined them. I'll add a little essential oil as well. I rub a little of this mixture on my nails and cuticles before bed every night. It's AMAZING how simple it is and how healthy my skin and nails look in just days.
This video just randomly showed up on my feed. I've watched 15 seconds and already subscribed. Looking forward to watching the rest of this before bed tonight 😊

I discovered Lush in Las Vegas. My youngest had TERRIBLE excema on her arms and thier products was the only thing that helped (after trying professional products, RX meds, diet restrictions - you name it). 😊 love this video!
Some Lush stores train employees to do a hand treatment like this on customers as a free in-store sample, using most of these products, and I have been looking for an ASMR version of this experience for YEARS! Thank you so much for this video.
Totally agree on the hand massage, First time i got one was "accidental" and part of a major massage of the body and omg, i was not aware i needed one! The forearms too, they were so stiff
You have such a wonderful tone of voice. Very soothing. But I also find the content of your videos incredibly interesting. I've been treated with acupuncture, a little bit of acupressure, and gua sha. I've been interested in such ever since. The massage is very interesting as well. I'm saddened there aren't any schools in some of these things in my area, as I would love to learn and practice. Let me say this, when you put up a new video, I just hit "like" automatically. I already know it's going to be good. Thank you as well for doing a few mash ups of several videos together for a long vid. Pharmacies or health and wellbeing shops often have great sales and I find have some good offers. You can get the Lush products on line. 😊
I love absolutely every minute of this video! Also, I'm fascinated by the vernacular that you use, Fern. I noticed you say "pop" quite often. We don't say that much here in the States. Is it an alternative to "put"?

The Body Shop used to have great hand and foot sets, but they seem to have discontinued all of them in the last fifteen years (along with my favorite hair care, body lotion, and makeup). Really sad.
Hi there - is there a particular brand that you recommend when buying essential oils? There are so many out there to choose just wondered if there’s a particular brand/company you prefer?
Tends to be the best quality that I can afford at the time so it does vary and I don’t stick with one brand at the moment. Sorry I know that does not really help but my best advice is to shop around and look out for sales on line too! Also be aware that oils can go out of date so often smaller is better if you want a variety! 😊

Pharmacies or health and wellbeing shops often have great sales and I find have some good offers. You can get the Lush products on line. 😊

I love absolutely every minute of this video! Also, I'm fascinated by the vernacular that you use, Fern. I noticed you say "pop" quite often. We don't say that much here in the States. Is it an alternative to "put"?

The Body Shop used to have great hand and foot sets, but they seem to have discontinued all of them in the last fifteen years (along with my favorite hair care, body lotion, and makeup). Really sad.

Hi there - is there a particular brand that you recommend when buying essential oils? There are so many out there to choose just wondered if there’s a particular brand/company you prefer?
Tends to be the best quality that I can afford at the time so it does vary and I don’t stick with one brand at the moment. Sorry I know that does not really help but my best advice is to shop around and look out for sales on line too! Also be aware that oils can go out of date so often smaller is better if you want a variety! 😊
