Hi, I’m not a hairdresser but i regularly use hair masks and some tips: they are meant to be used on damp hair (usually after shampooing), it makes them much easier to spread, I also start by applying a liberal amount to the ends and then work up to the top, because the ends are usually the most damaged, and I use the brush or a comb to disperse the product so that it coats every hair, hope this helps
This was fantastic. I love the focus on just small things that make all the difference, it's great from an ASMR perspective because you have a great voice and lots of knowledge, but also it reminds us to take care of ourselves.

Oh I am so sorry to hear that. My videos cover other treatments which might offer some good alternatives for relaxation, such as a hand or foot massage or reflexology/acupressure treatment. I hope you find something that works for you without irritating your psoriasis❤️
Lavender, peppermint or cedarwood are good alternatives to rosemary for hair growth. Mix 2-3 drops with 2-3 tablespoons of carrier oil such as olive oil or coconut oil. Leave on hair for 5 mins and then wash out thoroughly. Hope that helps. 😊
I always used chemical shampoos and my hair look like shit after washing it. Your video inspired me to try using natural ones, and see if they help. Maybe my hair and scalps are just sensitive to chemicals?
Many holistic therapies can help with these conditions, but it is best to find out which one has the most impact. I would suggest you find an experienced holistic therapist and ask them to try a few therapies and see which ones help to alleviate your symptoms the most. Aromatherapy massage is particularly helpful if the right oils are chosen and care is taken when massaging the stomach area. Acupressure or reflexology are also helpful for these conditions. I am sure you are already under the care of a doctor, but if not I would advise you to discuss this with them also. I hope that helps and that you can get some support to relieve some of your symptoms. Take care! ❤️
I enjoy your videos but I have to confess I preferred it how you spoke when you started your channel. The last couple of videos you seem be trying to whisper ‘without whispering’ if that makes sense.
Ok! I have not made any deliberate changes so it may be that it was just that treatment that required a quieter or slower approach - not sure - I just tend to go with the flow! 😊
Saying you’re avoiding chemicals in your shampoo is a nonsensical statement. Everything is a chemical. Water, olive oil, essential oils, you name it they’re all chemicals. Sorry it’s a pet peeve when people say they’re going for natural items without chemicals, such a thing doesn’t exist -it’s marketing.
