A little bit about me:
Hi! My name is Fern and I used to run a holistic business called Tranquility in a wonderful and calming space at the back of my house. Due to financial constraints, I gave up the profession but have always missed that connection and calmness I felt when helping others.
I’ve recently discovered ASMR via my daughter Melissa, who has convinced me to start this channel! Please join me on my journey of rediscovering these treatments and trying to help others relax - via the screen this time around!
I am currently making these videos as a way of remembering these treatments I used to offer. Sadly, I am not running my treatment room at the moment. ❤️

Why are fake meds always the best ASMR content? Chiropractic, reiki, reflexology all of them are ASMR powerhouses!
There is a lot of effort to get people to believe by giving them the comfortable tone of caring.
Haha, i feel you on the chiro and reiki. It seems so fake! But also, people swear it has healed them, so 🤷🏼♀️. It seems reflexology and accupressure and acupuncture are related and there are so many points that do work. At least in my personal experience. I want to be open minded, but reiki is so difficult to get behind.
Due to medicin beeing boring as fk to learn.
@@wizerd2089I had several sessions of reiki over twenty years ago after being ill with glandular fever. The reiki practitioner was recommended to me by a work colleague and I was a little bit reluctant and sceptical at first but I used to feel so much better after the sessions. I don’t know if it was psychosomatic or not?
The lady who did the reiki was really lovely, quite elderly and very new age. ❤
I really don't understand why americans put chiropractors and reikists in the same category, the latter literally never touches you, and by my experience I can say, chiropractors actually help.
This is maybe my favourite asmr video in years. I would absolutely love a long full treatment video with the hands and ears in this style. Would be an instant classic

Totally agree. It would be so good though if we had some empirical studies to fall back on as evidence, but I suppose that would mean getting funding! 😊
