One thing that constantly is mentioned from my students is that I truly do care about YOU and YOUR journey!! I’m actively involved with those that choose to join my pole dance app. Here’s a recent review from one of my subscribers:
“You are doing an amazing job with the app! I am really l happy i found you. I tried many apps but yours is the only one that is being updated constantly and you are also giving us personalized attention when needed!! None of the apps i tried offered this, and this is the reason I stick around, yours is the most comprehensive plus your stretching techniques are great. You are really great at your job!!” - Stefani (IG: / stefani.stephanie )

This was helpful. I have just started to learn this move. I like the idea of keeping your thigh parellel to the ground and actually getting leverage from pushing away from the pole.
How would I do this with heels on? Would I just put my bottom ankle behind the pole ? Instead of my actual heel on the pole since I can grip with my feet since I’ll have heels on,
You could probablyyy press the inside of your shoe onto the pole, but I don't think it would feel very secure as the bottom of your foot is a super important contact point for this move. Here's a video of a fellow IG pole friend who gave this a try :) ruclips.net/video/esnmhhhVRQ4/видео.htmlsi=dnln-8a74aXh4ZaD
