That looks so cool; I don't have the full split yet and upside down it would be even harder - but I am often doing the yoga position halasana; so in theory I think I should be able to follow this and do at least some variation; I will definitely try. Thanks for sharing 💜
@@Elizabeth_BFit That moment when rolling up on the shoulder wow there's an interesting kind of strength needed; with your great technical advices it went actually much better than expected 😍 my legs end up to be more in wider v position; but when bended as you said it's much easier to slowly balance it out - it was a great idea to show us the position from different perspectives!! I think I got the basic concept😍 Need to work further on it to become more smooth and to get used to this balance moment, but already thank you very much for this inspiration!!

When I turn I end up half turned rather than flipped over, what am I doing wrong 😭😪 your had tips helped me get it super flat tho, it’s just the transition that I’m failing

I find the goofy or crass descriptions and cues are the ones that stick with us the most, LOL! So glad you're enjoying my tutorials.

As in your elbow hurt digging into the floor on this one? Have you tried it on carpet or with a yoga mat underneath you?
