      Couldn't quite get the legs vertical, but I can with out the transition....Going to try again. Without heels and with a mat 😜

    I just started working on this new move. I got my legs up and together, but I'm trying to arch it more so I can hold it up longer. I feel like it's almost there. Will it come with more practice?

      Yay! That's fantastic! Yes, with practice you will get there. It's not so much arching as it is the strength in the back to hold it there.
