He told Me about a little pigion that was.on the Sidewalk (He Had Fallen from His Nest above) So Of Course l Had to Check and See if there was Anything l Could Do? I walked a few blocks and There He Was!! Basically "pinfeathers" Some Kind Soul put water and crumbs down for Him... He Was Far to Young for "Solids" So l took Him home, gave Him (We Named Him "Burford") Milk with Vitamins in a Dropper... I Know Maybe Not the Best. But He Grew into a Hansome Bird Who FELL IN L❤VE WITH My Orphan Kitten Who was about a Year or so. He Would Follow My Kitty Cooing and "Strut Dancing" They would Play NO WORRIES Shadow didn't Know He Was a Cat and Burford Didn't Know He Was a Pigion. A Very UNIQUE 😊 Space in Time🐦😻😍
I couldn't live without animals to love, play with, cuddle, and make me laugh every day, but I still will never understand why people choose to take such risks with their own beloved animals...All it could take would be a split-second disaster by a bird playfully pulling on a cat's whiskers, & the cat acts like a "cat with inborn instincts"...etc., etc. etc. 😲

I'm not seeing any cat obsessed with it's 'tiny' lovebird. I'm seeing large birds and cats intimidated by them. Anyone with half a braincell can see the body language is quite plain here, in the parts of the video I watched these cats were not happy and none of these birds were 'tiny lovebirds' it was the exact opposite. I'm learning that those with very little education and understanding of the English language seem to be the ones that mainly write this junk. It's literally like Bizzaro World with descriptions the exact opposite of the pic or vid, and what's even sadder is the people who don't notice it.
It's not always like you wrote, maybe two times here cat's are annoyed or scared. And I know cats very well, years of having cats, being volounteer, and temporary home.
This is potentially tragic. Many birds have an allergy to bacteria on the claws and teeth of cats and dogs, and all it takes is a scratch, not even a deep one, not even an aggressive act. Can take a anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hrs for bird to drop dead with little or no symptoms.
I don't really understand how cats and birds can get on. Cats generally regard birds as prey. We had a farm cat that routinely caught pheasants and dragged them home for her kittens and herself to feast on.

If you care about your bird, don‘t let it interfere with cats. One strike of a paw or one bite is enough that your feathered friend is history. You can‘t react quickly enough to save the bird. But if it brings a few clicks, who cares. Bird sanctuaries are full of replacements. 😢🤬🤯
Depends on the cat. My cat is really old, he probably could live with birds. Even wild birds in the garden while come within a couple feet of him when he is laying down in the garden.
I think for tbe cat this is just extended foreplay before the meal. The day may come when the cat is tired and hungry enough to flip. But if the bird is a cockatoo, the cat may be surprised to find himself at a great disadvantage..
I’m literally shocked most people’s comments are against this video depicting parrots interacting with cats, but not in the way you might think. I have always been against parrots playing/interacting with other household animals. All it takes is one claw or one tooth from a cat and boom, their “beloved” parrot is dead/injured. I have had many parrots, both small and large, for 35 +years and I NEVER once let them co-mingle.
Cats are definitely my favourite animals especially after this video always loved parrots think they are so funny but this is amazing Feral cats will kill birds to survive 😊
Nearly all situations wouldn't have happend, if the birds were able to fly! So many clipped wings... A lot of keepers don't care, if their birds have a bad life!
