I call this chaid NIGHTMARE as i got horrible back pain within only 4-5 days. The seat is horrible, not only hard but also tilst your lower back on the sides. (i used to have, now i realize, 10x better, metal construction, very similar chair to aeron. But after 10+ years, i thought i should change it for something new. What a FAIL!) So unstable and full of plastic. Thankfully, Amazon prime well worked for me.

Looking at the max height of headrest (3:30) it won't be good for tall people.
