Despite that it is neck deep in djent elements (modern prog metal elements rather) it's still instantly recognisably Japanese, making it much more interesting and fresh (for me) than the great majority of djent bands where I can hear chlicés in a returning loop. Good work guys!

+The Utgardiangamer He's (probably) referring to progressive metal such as Persefone or some of Haken's heavier stuff. And no, not most djent bands are very progressive, especially because a lot of them sound so similar. However, the select few "kings" of djent, such as Tesseract or The Contortionist, definitely deserve to be called progressive. But stuff like Periphery, Vildjharta, etc. doesn't even come close to approaching the prog world of Steven Wilson, Dream Theater, Opeth, David Maxim Micic, Pink Floyd, etc. This is just my opinion though. None of this is factual in nature.

***** Thank you very much! That's very kind of you to say!
      You're right. resemble phrygian mode.
      But Not exactly…
I thought that using 陰音階(=INNONKAI(Japanese mode scale))in this song.
      陰音階 is C,C♯,F,G,(G♯),A♯ (in keyC).
This scale's point is don't use both "major 3rd" and "minor 3rd" in scale . (k1mu)

    Just a little side question.
Is it actually common in Japan to wear a Kimono?
I figured they were simmilar to european traditional clothes, that you only wear them for some sort of traditional stuff, but wearing them in public is considered wierd?

    • @kostasanthoulis1168

Kimonos are mostly worn by geisha and are more formal,as I'm told by one of my pals in Japan. Yukatas, the more casual clothing back then, is often worn today during festivals and stuff like that.
      Hope I helped
