When you pass a certain number of strings you're no longer playing a guitar.

Harp metal just hits different
pretty much. they should just make metal electric harps that use EMG pickups and can be tuned to drop F or drop G, the only downside is that a harp doesn't have frets but in most modern metals songs, as a rhythm guitarist you either use the first fret or no frets at all so I guess as long as you can play one heavy note repeatedly you can successfully write a simple metal song, if you want any leads or solos you'll have to hire somebody to do it for u lmao

Where did you come up with those numbers? A piano has 88 keys (7 octaves and a minor 3rd). It does however have more than 88 strings because of double and triple strings, but certainly a lot more than 102.

yes thats all it is ... pretty much nothing really ... are you mental ? .. the torque on the neck ... the intonation ... the fret spacing ... the string height .. the fact that the frets are screwed .... im assuming they used conical frets ... if not then i want a mention on the revised model

This is really practical if you break your arm!
1. Find a song that has 20 different notes in it
2. Tune every string so playing it without fretting corresponds to a song note
3. Play the open strings

in fact if you construct little hammers to hit the open strings that are connected to a row of buttons it would allow you to play specific chords at the same time without straining your hand. heck you could then add more buttons and strings. maybe 68? 68 seems like a good choice.

It actually wouldn't be that bad. The guitar strings would wear out less often because there's so many to wear out and it's not like you have to do them all at the same time.
Actually, if you added a full wammy bar configuration THAT would be tedious, because you'd be effecting every one of the strings every time you used the wammy!

For a capo, you could go old school with the pencil and rubber band trick. Of course, you will need to use a dowel Rod to be long enough, and maybe a chain of a few rubber bands.
