Wow, sending this to my kids who like to camp. What an easy fun dessert to make on the griddle!!! We will not be camping anymore, sadly, but my kids will!! Super fun and delicious!!!
I also had a crunch wrap dessert in the works. It’s a modified version of a recipe my wife and I developed before she passed. Our challenge was to create a dessert for our BBQ business to sell at fairs so people could hand carry desert. We never came up with a way though. After seeing you make a Taco Bell style crunch wrap I knew that was the answer we were looking for. Maybe one day I’ll be able to share the recipe with you for your feedback. Have a good one. Years ago there was a hole in the wall donut shop that made apple pie "burritos" they were fried and coated with cinnamon sugar and a drizzle of white glaze. OMG, so good. Your apple crunch wraps reminds me of those. Some cheese cake in the apple ones would be good. I'd be all over the apple and cherry ones. Not a huge fan of chocolate / smores, but I know many who would love them. These would be fun at a BBQ, cut into fours and set up for a dessert bar. People could sample several types. Well done!

But then when you added the caramel sauce to the apple filled version, that topper was the key (and a drizzle inside probably would have amped it up too). Another good job.........
I love all three ways but definitely personally lean towards the cherry and apple ones. My girlfriend had a great idea too I think. Fresh strawberries with the cheesecake in place of the cherries. Definitely think I’ll do some with one these

How lucky for me, I just made an apple pie for Easter and I always make enough filling for two and freeze half. So I have a whole batch of home made apple pie filling readily available.

At this point of course there are many options and they mostly are producing fantastic results...My comment would be to get one in your budget, learn from it and either keep it or sell it and upgrade...stand alone griddles have out sold all backyard equipment over the last few years...
I’ve tried cooking with a pan on my griddle, but it doesn’t seem to get hot enough. I was trying to cook ribeye steaks, and it barely even sizzled in the pan. Thanks for these dessert ideas. I’m definitely trying these.
I was thinking peach cobbler crunch wrap with a cinnamon sopaipilas inside the crunch wrap. Or a strawberry short cake crunch wrap version with whipped cream
We personally swear by Brioche buns...not all are created equal but when you find the soft and a hint of sweet...ooooohhhh man...make all the Difference in the world
I do the smores one in quesadilla form pretty often, using peeps for the marshmallows. I call it a peepsadilla. I'm going to say the crunch wrap form factor is better but the name isn't as catchy.
what is the temperature that you are sealing the crunch wrap. Been frustrating as a "newbie" owner to want to try recipes and not be given the temperatures that the food is being cooked at...

OK Neil, so I have some ideas on how this could’ve been a little more carb friendly, and a little more sugar friendly. First, you can use carb free tortillas and they’re really good to me. They’re actually softer and better than a regular tortilla. Next they have the cherry and apple pie filling in sugar free, next instead of using a real cheesecake they have a sugar, free cheesecake pudding that you can make in congeal, and then put in the inside of the cherry crunch wrap. Just some ideas on how to make sweets a little healthier.
