Hey I know the Berry 🍓 Patch! It's up above Rockingham close to where I work. My Hussey brothers live in Montgomery county, the 🍑 capital of North Carolina. We are making peach jam with the peaches we bought at the farmers market. Yum yum eat'm up!

There's 14 here every Sunday after Church and I made 60 of these for desert. Just a great item to cook Matthew and the whole family said to tell you so.

Your recipe is great and i have an option for you to try. Trade out the batter with Pillsbury cinnamon rolls of similar. Press them like a smash burger and griddle them to golden brown. Make sure you watch the temp so as not go burn them while allowing them to cook thru so they're not doughy. Regarding the peaches, add some rum when you cook them down with the sugar.
