I googled all night for one of either the grills, I’m swaying to the camp chef because of the griddles underneath, i stumbled across the the 900, wow what a beast but the shipping to the UK is massive, i found a black stone on amazon but at £ 1400.00 its still well expensive compared to the US, The UK is so boring with their goods compared to the US😂😂oh well ill just keep looking, im hooked on your videos matey, keep em coming, subbed from England👍👍👍👍👍😎🏴

Amy, a gorilla pod is a cheap fig rig. Price of real gimbal has come waaaay down so you could do that. I’ve also made my own from 1/2” pvc. Your camera work was steady and looked great, but I know fatigue had to be setting in. Non of this critique, rather trading tips. I’m so looking forward to trying many of your recipes when my daughter comes to visit.

Your wife is one lucky lady to have a Navy cook as a husband. Love the videos. And I hope the salt you use is not table salt, but Kosher salt! Your man who likes the Heat, so do I, soup get Tobasco, eggs get a Medium Salsa, I have about 20 different Hot Sauces in Our Fridge, I make my own Chili Powder, It has a base of Habanero and Serrano peppers I have a Camp Chef 3 Burner Stove and a Flat top grill that fits over all 3 burners. We have a Trailer and when we go camping, that and my Masterbuilt vertical 560 BBQ/smoker goes with me. I amaze the other campers with what I am able to cook on these devices

The eggs coming off the flat top were cooked at a high enough temperature that the resilient heat would cook the rest of the leftover eggs in the bottom of the bowl. Which was not a lot to begin with. At an extreme safe temp eggs can cook at 144 degrees. Flat top was at min 350. Adding that much eggs back in the bowl does not matter at that temp would have just absorb the eggs.
Man i miss having breakfast in the morning at the chow hall. Mainly before thy started that change to limiting what you can order to try to man sailers more healthy wise

I’m trying to train myself to cook on low. Except if i’m searing a smash burger. I’m retired and in no hurry. Ive been using Crisco Lard as lot. Not healthy but my 86 year old mother taught me that bad habit. I’ve been meaning to get me some Bacon-Up. Has anyone tried it? Its bacon grease in a tub like Crisco. Dude I really like your channel. I’ve shared it with all my griddle buddies. Keep posting. I’ll keep liking !
Don't ever take Tennessee Pride Sausage for granted. When you get beyond the mountains, Tennessee Pride is like finding hen's teeth in North Carolina. I miss it. It makes the very best gravy.
I like my eggs filled too. When I was TDY in CA we would eat breakfast at a little restaurant and they had the trash omelette. Almost everything in the frig. It was awesome

We swear by it. No clue the scientific reason but it works. I just asked a sailor i was in service with thats still in he laughed and said yep we still do it.

I saw something similar but using salt…even the stainless steel pans don’t stick. It works.

Well 60 total...gained 10 since my lowest...not sure how much I weighed in that one high i would assume

I have never tried bacon up. I have been a huge fan of avocado oil, and I have been using ghee a lot more. Thanks for your support very humbled.
