I have improved significantly with your Sciatica Workout! I'm 70 years old and have always exercised, but arthritis and jumping off a bus step got me, along with months of not being able to do hip exercises because I was in the mountains. YOUR Workout, which I did 3-4 times a week along with regular Pilates and Yoga (they did many of the same exercises), helped me recover from intense pain in my left hip. No medications, except a pain reliever and teas from the natural foods store. Thank you so much! Now I'm doing more weights, and using resistance bands during the holidays. A million gracias!

Great resistance band workout! I love the use of this simple and easy-to-use equipment! This video is a very good use of the time and energy, very easy to follow along at different levels of fitness! Thank you, coach Kosack, for getting me fit! I just want to comment that like in some of your other videos, I find that the breathing instructions are often the opposite of what they should be - air needs to be exhaled out during effort and when the body is contracting into itself, such as during squatting, reverse launch and forward bends. Air needs to be inhaled in when the body is upright, when the face is up (such as in cow/cat move), during the recovery part of every move, and when there is a general opening of the body. The band stretches don't always go with this pattern, they're sometimes opposite, but I think that the breathing patterns need to be maintained regardless of the bands, which are an assist to keep muscles working consistently even during the easier part of the move. Thank you!
I've never liked resistance bands workouts since I never found they did much for me. But this.... THIS workout right here was a true muscle burner. My arms are screaming! I'll be checking out your other resistance bands workouts in the future! Thanks a bunch!

This workout is amazing. I love the hasfit workouts because it helps me a lot in my jiu-jitsu training and is also helping me enormously after I had a light shoulder acromium injury because of jiujitsu. Every jiu-jitsu student should do these workouts. Thank you so much, love you, Oss.

Not the biggest fan of resistance bands but this was really good and gave me a burn! Thanks for the great variety of exercises with the variety of equipment it really helps your body to keep guessing and improving and its good to do things outside your comfort zone. Don't mind seeing more resistance band workouts , I was motivated to buy a set after seeing your workouts.
This workout was one of my favorites. I love working out with bands (I use 2 and switch back and forth). A tip: I use gloves for lifting weights and they are especially handy with the bands..gives you a better grip and doesn't hurt your hands. Excellent work!

7 24 20. I really enjoyed this workout even though it was difficult. Thank God i have different band strengths. I had to use a lesser difficult band for the floor pullovers but I completed it

I been doing resistance bands training for the past 2 months. I love it, I’m getting lean and fit thank you for this I was looking for more of a challenge. I’m scared to stretch it too far . 😂
Great session, thank you for it! I tried the 30 minute and this was a good variation. Having knee problems, these resistance exercises reach parts other kinds of exercise cannot reach!
Thanks for this new resistance band workout. It's always good to try new exercises with the weights, resistance bands or exercise balls that you have. I must admit that even though I try to eat right (I only drink juice once a week) I fall into temptation with a slice of cake or a fry food, but I try to resist and try to snack on wholemeal biscuits or some fruits, prunes or dark chocolate, but In my home country the last one is expensive. How do I snack without falling into temptation? I hope to get a ball. Thanks for the new exercise.
Thank you for working out with us! There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with eating a food that you love so long as the majority of your diet is made up of whole, nutrient dense foods (lean protein, vegetables, etc). Do not deprive yourself as this can only lead to feelings of guilt and binge eating. Enjoy life, enjoy healthy food and treats in moderation.
Is it best to exercise in the morning or evening? A day or two I miss out on cardio and exercises, but I try to make up for it by walking, but I was thinking a cardio at night might make up for a day's miss of workout. What do you think? Also, do you have medicine ball exercises? Thank you.
Can resistance bands build muscle coach? Also if I do this workout 2-3 times a week, would that help me build muscle? I've heard mixed things about them and I trust your judgement. I'd really appreciate it if yall would reply! 😆 Keep up the hard work guys and thank you for everything!
