Good video thanks for sharing your experience and thoughts. I just bought these yesterday and they worked well for my toolbox. I don’t have as many wrenches as you. I was able to consolidate two drawers in to one. Thanks again for the video.

Good video I liked all the information you gave. I've been looking for something different for all my wrenches. Most of them come in a flat box that holds them in place but that takes up too much room.
When you were talking about metric and standards whenever I buy a new socket or wrench set I find metric and standard. It's just a mess on manufacturing. I did see a video a while back how these manufacturers will use whatever size nuts and bolts they have left over from other jobs.
Again good job thanks for sharing your video.

I used a version of these for a long time. They're not a bad way to organize

Problem is one set is much taller than the other. The tall one wouldn't fit my shallow drawers. I really didn't want to give up my deep drawer.

15/16” has a metric equivalent, which is 24 mm. It’s with in the plus or minus specification for 15/16. I have GearWrench, Tekton, some miscellaneous branded wrenches including the Long handled Pittsburgh set. I mostly grab the GearWrenches.

What's your point? This is a review of a wrench rack.

As someone mentioned in the comments….. this is a knock off of a U.S. company called Ernst.
Ernst is made in the USA.! And they have a huge selection of tool organization products.

I work out of my truck, I heard these wrench racks will let tools fly out if you open the drawer too hard, let alone having them in a moving vehicle.

You heard correctly. These are an inexpensive way to organize, but they have some flaws. The magnets are too weak to hold their place through the rubber drawer liner, they shuffle around too easily, and if a small wrench or some other item falls between them, you have to fumble through the wrenches to retrieve it. Again, this is a nice cheap way to hold your tools, but only barely better than leaving the wrenches loose in the drawer. In my experience, the proper tray that comes with mid-range and higher quality tools are worth the extra real estate they use up in the drawer, and you end up with better quality tools as well. Also, IMO, $20 tool rolls are far superior to the magnetic holders shown in this video. They take very little space, can be laid out multiple layers thick in a drawer if you like, and they make it very easy to grab tools to go when you need to work on something away from the garage.
Pro tip for those of you who have the molded plastic trays like you would find with a snap-on set (many other brands come in a molded tray as well)... they are designed hollow so that they can be nested if you have two of the same set (I regularly use two of the same wrench at the same time on heavy equipment. BUT, if you only have one set, you can keep them from cracking and splitting over time. Trust me, they WILL begin to fall apart after just a couple years of daily use. To stop this, buy some of that spray in wall insulation and fill in the back of the tray, then slice the over fill off with a long bread knife. This will support the weight of the wrenches and keep the trays from undoing themselves.

I tried that, but it doesn't work with some of my long wrenches. I bought some of Harbor Freight's 18" magnetic tool holders for my screwdrivers and pliers and decided to use those for my wrenches instead.

i hear you on the long wrenchs. i ran into the problem with the 1 1/4 and the 30 and 32 mm. i think i can fit them if i take my dremal and sand down the plastic to fix the clearance problem

Misleading statement! These will work with size wrench. You just have to have drawer space.

How are they the same length? I bought the same set up and one side is shorter. Did you buy 2 sets?

EVERYTHING at HF is a complete knock off of someone else’s stuff. That’s what china does best…. Steal.
Thank you for the plug though. I didn’t think anything was made in American anymore.
      Ernst USA….! 👍
Now I need to dig out the packaging from the trash and return this trash to HF….
