Thanks guys for excellent tutorial.I recently purchased the Basics Course of which I am nearly completed.I learned about importance if Isometric holds.And shortly I will begin the beginner program of the full journey that I purchased.I was wondering if I should get the Home Wirkout course in event I can not use the gym?

Thanks for your comment Marcel! Shoulder mobility is definitely a factor for the planche however it is more focused on strength in the shoulders and flexibility in the wrists :)
Great tutorial, I was looking for something like this :) Btw, Is it possible to learn planche only with small push-up parallels? I have a big issue with my wrists, and I'm not able to bend the wrist properly. I've trained each day for over 3 months the wrists bend but there is no progress in them :( So my only possibility is to use push up parallels
Ofc it is, I also struggle with wrist pain in extension so I do planche training exclusively with Paraletts, radial abduction feels a lot better for me
Great video again. Planche is scary, Just hope you, dont end up on youre face to much. All these push excercises are a pain on the wrist tho. Dont want to get injured.

Brother, is it compulsory for beginners to do full body??? Can a beginner do splits??
Could do whatever works best for you. However full body for beginners 3x a week seems to be the best since you want to do a lot of reps frequently

Face plants are part of the deal when doing calisthenics but should be avoided at all costs indeed!
