      @@CalisthenicsFamily I meant methods such as endurance training, focus sets reps vs circuit,skill training. What calisthenics equipment you have like paraletts giving reasons why.

    I stop training now just because I know it’s easy, to maintain it and even good videos calisthenics family keep it up when I first trained it I already got the straddle and elbow lever. 🔥🔥

    I don't know what I'm doing wrong. But I can't get my back straight. I look like a hunchback while trying to do any kind of calisthenic (apart from the push-up variations).
    I use paralettes btw due to wrist pain when putting pressure on ' flat' hands.

    Sir, I am a total beginner. All I do is yoga and some legs workout and I can hold headstand for about 1 minute. I really wanna start Calisthenic skills. I don't know where to start from!!!????? Can you suggest some????

      That's very normal in the beginning! Listen to your body when you feel that you need to stop and it will get better the more you practice it
