Oh, Man, those sausage balls look so good! I would absolutely drizzle some real maple syrup on them for a little added delicious flavor. Also, that gravy looks amazing and I love how generous you were with your portion size. Very cool!

I'm surprised you didn't hear my arteries screaming from all the way up in Canada. Looks great 👍. Sausage gravy and biscuits aren't really popular up here ...in fact I've never tried it or recall ever seeing it on a menu...but arteries be damned... I'll have to see for myself...
haha thanks so much. Biscuits and Gravy are very popular here, unfortunately most places use fake powdered stuff. I've made it way more healthy before by using chicken stock and then just adding a little bit of cream to it and it still gets that nice texture to it.
