I'm not gonna lie, his sales skills are not the best but his sevices and offers are excepetional. He just offers such a great deal that the clients will feel dumb if they say no. Good job.
You could really feel that the person in the 1st call felt lesser than them. She was trying to like.. not offend and seem worthy in a way. There was one single moment that gave off this vibe immensely.

As Thomas said that his first call was pretty slow, and tbh I think Thomas can agree that this might not be the best sales call ever. But it proves one amazing thing. If you have good offer and service you can be below average salesman, people still gonna buy. I said many times, if you need to handle objections at the end of your meeting, your offer is shit.
I Agree. I feel like he is not excited about his service and making his client feels like he is going to be successful in purchasing his service, but instead just goes to the ppt and slides like it was a presentation in school or some to get the job done. Definitely recommend him to get get some caffeine before starting any of his calls.

People are really visual and especially when your clients are women in Menopause without any tehnical knowledge, it pictures the picture amazingly. Sometimes over enthusiam = sounding salesy. I think he handled the call really good, but it was definetly on a slower side. However without presentation and good offer it would be hard close.
Also depends on the energy that the potential client is giving off. Mirroring is a great way to build rapport. If the client isn't high energy but you are high energy on the sales call, or vice versa, that could damage rapport
The sales skills can be developed but him explaining the whole process to the client is a no-brainer. It's hard for a client to say no with how he laid out the process.
I love how young you are and how you are trying to hustle so early in life. You clearly have alot of charisma and presence still to build on your calls but the fact you arent afraid of doing them and getting results from them is fanatstic! As a SMMA owner myself, this was quite a good call. The only feedback I'd say is ask more questions from your clients. Maybe they wanna skip over certain slides/already know about certain things because many agencies might have pitched it to them before and so on.

Heres what I’ll say, a lot of his sales techniques need work, appearance wise, always show your face on calls, have a more energetic way about you speak, avoid filler words, and keep it professional in the lingo, but his offer is pretty sound and he does come across genuine and thats what does the work, he’s getting great results with that alone. Few tweaks will turn him from good to great. Keep up the good work bro.
@PinkOJ there is a good balance of energy and calmness. He is great and knows what he is doing, but he does sound a little bored/tired. Clients appreciate energy and you can still be energetic and not seem fake or salesy. Also one of the main benefits of having a zoom meeting is the face to face connection, along with body language which can do so much for you. The client being able to see you smile, move your hands, and other common basics of human interaction does what you said about the imperfections, which is really true, people appreciate feeling like they’re talking to a legit person who makes mistakes or says something wacky/stutters because it destabilizes the environment in a confidence inspiring way for the client.
This encouraging because in my humble opinion, you were very unsure, indecisive with so many “ums” and delayed responses that I’m shocked she went forward. That said, I have a ton of phone experience in sales and this shows all you have to do sometimes is show up and dial. Thanks for sharing

The key to big returns is not big moving stocks. It's managing risk in relationship to reward. Having the correct size on and turning your edge as many times as necessary to reach your goal. That holds true from long term investing to day trading. This can only be done by a professional financial adviser.
During the culture fit section I think maybe instead of "This isnt for you if etc" Try the "This is for you if you want to work hard and stay connected with us" type thing. I am no pro but I think it would make the client happier and more confident if that makes sense.

Great video! The only constructive criticism is instead of using “contract” and “signature” Use paperwork, and Authorize. Less intimidating, people can often associate signature and contract with lawyers and can scare some people away. Other then that again great stuff!

Im totally new at Smma but for an sales perspective you should try to have more “share accepts” like are you following, does this sound Locig or does this sound good etc and try to not say ehmm so often And smile during the call it will make a lot of difference! Good call but was a long time before asking any questions, the king pitch was quite old school which may turn people off nowadays but each situation is different, liked your pacing and way of explaining each part 👍
this strategy is viable providing you already have 2-3 clients already. Because if you are paying VA/Receptionist wages you cannot afford to not delivr the service and not get paid each month.

And smile during the call it will make a lot of difference!

Good call but was a long time before asking any questions, the king pitch was quite old school which may turn people off nowadays but each situation is different, liked your pacing and way of explaining each part 👍

this strategy is viable providing you already have 2-3 clients already. Because if you are paying VA/Receptionist wages you cannot afford to not delivr the service and not get paid each month.
@@skullmapper4815 A large part of his pitch & offer is based around having his 'team' of receptionists to help book calls. Try telling clients you will e doing it all and see how the results and your time to scale will differ.
