595 PC pro D21 steady light on circuit board when pressure is active, no action, just a buzzing sound. What could it be? Transducer just replaced same thing is happening
Hey Brian, I have a newer graco 595 pc pro that reads the transducer code. I have a new transducer on the way but not sure if the motor not running at all is normal. Any input? Thanks!
When the transducer is bad, usually the board gets a reading that the pump is at full pressure when it is not. The motor will not run. This is due to the bad transducer

When you turn on the power switch the motor spins for a little and right away it stops. I replaced the power switch and still the same problem. What do you think it could be? Thank you!

If the motor turns off without pressure, you have a motor issue. Would most likely need to be replaced

How to know when the motor or control box is burnt?
That will depend on the machine. There are different series of tests for different machines to determine a board or motor problem

More than likely you have a bad transducer. There could be a possibility of a couple other reasons, but that is where I would start
