  • Medication has been widely pushed as the most effective treatment for anxiety. While it can certainly act as a band-aid, getting to the root of the issue and addressing it can be done most effectively with neurofeedback brain training.
Brain training targets the areas in your brain that are running too fast or too slow and optimizes it. When your brain is balanced and running smoothly, your mental health will improve, you'll be able to get on purpose in your life, and you'll find true joy and happiness again.

    Hello 🌱
I liked this video very much
Keep making more videos like this I love it.
By the way, if you pay a little attention to video editing i.e. insert B-roll properly then it will be very easy to understand the topic.

Look, no matter what people say, I completely agree. Because B-Roll and subtitles are very important in video. 🌲

Ma'am, I've been taking meds for the past 6 years due to health anxiety. My anxiety oscillates between GAD and sometimes depression (largely due to setbacks in my personal life & due to a sense of lack of achievement). Though I've been largely doing ok, I feel habituated to meds & I want to get rid of them. 2 years earlier my doc stopped my meds in a tapered manner but somehow shit happened in my life which brought back anxiety/depressive epsiode back again. I don't know how to come out of this loop.

What if I am already on Medication? I am on 100mg of Zoloft and I feel like it has really helped me, but I know what you are saying is true, it is just a band aid.

    Hi Trish.
Trish I would absolutely love if U could answer this for me.
I have GAD panic ext but getting much better I just cold turkey off SSRI cos I hated it
But I have lump on throat dizziness fatigue..
I used to live in a house absolutely full of mould..
We have now moved into a brand new build and my asthma improved...
I do rather embarrassingly have dreadlocks and my family keep saying they believe I have mould in my hair.!
So before I cut off my 25 years old hair..! I was wondering what ur symptoms U felt with the mould.? I'd appreciate it.docs can't find a reason for my symptoms looking into chronic fatigue now 🙄
    Love ur vids
    Thanks

I had all kinds of mental and physical side effects! It can affect many aspects of your life, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's causing issues with fatigue. Brain training may be able to help with it though. Check it out - drtrishleigh.com/brain-training-checkin-consultation/
