There's two additional spacers in the sprue for the front running wheels that are not mentioned anywhere in the instructions. Using those will eliminate the issue of the tracks not fitting properly.
Thanks for the info, I started building the hull last night. So far I'm content as the pieces 'fall together' for the most part making the multi-part lower hull easy to build. Any idea what the spacer's part number/sprue letter is?
i just recently got into model making and this videos are the most informative stuff i've ever seen. you have dissolved a lot of my doubts about new techniques and painting. keep on being awesome Andy!
Hi Andy, As a few other guys have said, two video's in the one day, great. Once again you have done a great job, I look forward to your next video. Cheers, Les
Good grief, Andy! I recently subscribed when you were just below 12K followers. Now you have just passed 16K, which is about how many models you've built since then! ;-) Congrats!
At 5 mins 23 where you mention that you need to put a piece between the wheel halves there are 2 pieces supplied with the kit but the instructions show only one on the right hand side.Look at the step showing the assembly of the parts the right has side mentions the part no.I built this kit when it came out in the UK and almost missed that piece
great job on the 35t ! it looks awesome ! have you dabbled in any WW2 japanese armor yet ? tamiya has a couple nice (if somewhat dated) japanese armored vehicle kits. i'm currently building one myself ( type 97 chi ha). i just need more practice with "blue tack" since the japanese used a "hard line" camo pattern.and the postman just brought me a new badger renegade so........!! anyway, again, great job on the 35t ! looking forward to your next video. :)
great video as always :) By the way, i wonder if you could try to paint the german ambush camo with a normal brush. it would be really interesting to see how it would turn out.
It made me oft he old built CMK 35T. It looks like the lower hull was the old parts of cmk and Academy added some new parts of upper parts plus its new tool tracks😆.
Andy, thanks for making these videos! I'm new at scale model building but have been interested in WWII armor for some time. These videos have helped me get started building, and I love how you work some history into the videos as well as show techniques. If I'm ever down in Arizona, I'm definitely swinging by your shop!
Andy, how do you glue on the small tools like the shovels after the model has been painted? Do you use CA glue? Or do you sand a small spot so that the Tamiya cement will bond the parts? The latter seems difficult to do cleanly.
Thanks for another great video. I have enjoyed many of your builds and have learned a great deal, particulaly regarding the weathering aspect. Please Keep em coming !!!!
Great build, as always. The kit looks very similar to the Revell 35t i built recently. But that kit had serious fitting issues, lots of flash and ejection marks in the worst places. But i think the academy is a bit more expensive, so the engineers put some effort into it.
Great looking model! I like the fact that you controlled the weathering process. I love the consistency of the videos and effort you put into these models. Great work Andy!

One of my favorite pre war tanks, its little brother the pz38 is an awesome pre war tank!

1/35? Damn that's a small tank
1/35 is standerd scale I don't want to pay abother 20 plus $ for it plus where do you put a 1/16 scale tank
Its pretty damn standard from what I have seen.
I think he's more commenting on the fact that even at 1/35 scale, it's still a tiny model, showing just how tiny of a tank the 35(t) was.
1:72 is small
Does anybody know of good Challenger 2 kits?

Great build Andy! Could you tell me what paints you used for the wooden tools on the side? Excellent build overall. Just wondering... Thanks

andy, how many tanks have you built? over how many years? that suspension looks like it was totally stolen from a train car.
