I make it a point of listening to all Bryan Johnson interviews etc. I must say that this is one of the best yet. As an interviewer you dug deeper here than most do. Subscribed!

I'm 76, follow Bryan's philosophy, and able to challenge the thoughts that are harmful to my body and mind. Once you're on 'the path' it's not difficult to stay on it.

The message is getting more and more profound...the arguments are not only in the don't die motto but it bring a lot of logical answers to what is life.
At the end..we have all our most important asset that it's our life in the most perfect state possible.
Without life, without your own life, there's nothing left people.
    Time to wake up.
We have to ditch the magical desire, the denial of our reality of mortals.
Bryan bring hope, willpower to not suffer anymore from this anxiousness of our own mortality but to embark in this collective mission to eradicate diseases, aging, and to attack death frontally.

Loved this interview. Harry’s questions and responses so closely reflect my own. I understand Bryan’s perspective, though I believe his algorithm does not appropriately account for certain aspects of being human - the feelings, intuitions, connections to self and others - which I believe is vital for longevity.

Hey Bryan, I was born the same year as you. I don’t have plans to retire ever. I’m setting up my life and finances to never die. I believe in your work Bryan. Thank you

Do these well. Sleep. Eat. Exercise. Hopefully that gets you to the time of super intelligence when computers will tell us what common folks should do for health, without the need for uncommon willpower and sacrifice like Bryan Johnson. Obviously we're in a game of inches here where 50 year olds are much more at risk of missing out on super intelligence than 20 year olds. I think Brian is talking as a 50 year old here trying to get a few more years out of his life. Probably not applicable to a 20 year old if super intelligence plays out soon like we think it will with our health and lifespan.

This guy is far from nuts, to my mind Bryan Johnson is correct and everyone else is nuts. 100% sleep and great nutrition is clearly having a massive impact on his cognitive ability. A joy to listen to. 💯👌😊

I just bought Bryan's 2 children's books for my 10 year-old grandson. The photo of him on the cover looks like a much older, unhealthy person. Considering he was several years younger. I am an avid fan, Bryan.

The most powerful card in the Tarot is The Fool and its numerical designation is Zero. So when people think Bryan is a fool it’s actually a compliment.

Actually just bought a blender and the ingredients for blueprint, gonna give this a try.

No blending necessary. Some nut grinding perhaps, but you can buy ground macadamias, and walnuts or buy Blueprint Nutty Pudding. Have fun!

@@freerovingbovine You may be able to get by without a blender, but I use it every day for super veggie and nutty pudding. Been on blueprint since this post and I feel great! Highly recommended

Bryan you have described “The Borg”…

    • @freerovingbovine
      @freerovingbovine Месяц назад

"The Borg are cybernetic organisms (cyborgs) linked in a hive mind called "The Collective." The Borg co-opt the technology and knowledge of other alien species to the Collective through the process of "assimilation": forcibly transforming individual beings into "drones" by injecting nanoprobes into their bodies and surgically augmenting them with cybernetic components. The Borg's ultimate goal is "achieving perfection." Wikipedia
Bryan's protocol doesn't yet "forcibly transform" anyone. It does have a credible possibility of improving functional performance of internal processes freeing our intellectual pursuits to extract useful energy from increasing flow of entropy (I.e. towards disorder) that all living things seem to thrive on.

Self worship and self aggrandizement and acting like you're floating above the rest of humanity aren't 'new ideas'. Bryan is just uncommonly committed to them.
