Hi Everyone, as you watch this, it’s worth remembering a few things:
    1) My body and mind were trashed in every way for 23 years. Chronic depression, obesity, terrible sleep, raising 3 kids, startup founder/CEO grind culture behavior. My turn around in 2 years time to near perfect whole body health markers (as measured by biofluids, devices, imaging and fitness tests) is phenomenal. It hopefully inspires others who are not currently their best self that you can always come back.
    2) I’ve spent $ millions developing this Blueprint protocol, becoming the most measured person in history, and share everything with everyone for free.
    3) I started Blueprint as an explorer to pursue the future of being human; not to build a mass market product. When Blueprint gained global notoriety, the most common reaction (aside from hate and vitriol) was “what is the 80/20?!” and “how can I do it with minimal thought and effort?!” In response to that, I’ve been working very hard to make an affordable 80/20 version so others can join the journey and be explorers with me. Then when I do the hate returns “he’s doing it for money only! That *^’*!”
    4. Blueprint may seem something about health, it is really about that after 13.8 billion years of our galaxy existing, our planet’s 4.5 billion years, we are baby steps away from creating superintelligence, potentially the most extraordinary event in the history of the galaxy. Blueprint and the underpinning philosophy of Zeroism invites us to sober up and realize the specialness of this moment and step up and be equal to the opportunity of this moment.

He could be using his money for more noble purposes. It's just so sad that he spends so much for this narcissistic, Don Quixote goal but yet he is looking like a buffed 63 year old. Chuando Tan looks younger than him, but Chuando does not spend even a fraction of the time trying to look young like this man is.

    1. Sled Push/Pull:
    - Begin by choosing a weight that is challenging yet allows you to maintain proper form.
    - Stand behind the sled, placing your hands on the handles or the frame, depending on the sled design.
    - Keep your arms straight, chest up, back straight, and head in a neutral position.
    - Drive through your legs to push the sled forward along the designated path.
    - To pull the sled, face towards it, and either pull the straps or the frame itself, walking backwards.
    - Maintain a slight bend in your knees and a straight back as you move.
    - Rest as needed between laps, focusing on a smooth, controlled motion throughout.
    2a. Shoulder Shrug:
    - Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, holding a weight in each hand with arms fully extended by your sides.
    - Keeping your arms straight, shrug your shoulders up towards your ears.
    - Pause at the top for a moment, then slowly lower your shoulders back to the starting position.
    - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, keeping the neck relaxed throughout.
    2b. Neck Extension:
    - Either sit or stand upright, maintaining a neutral spine.
    - Place your hands lightly on your forehead for resistance.
    - Gently push your head back against your hands, extending the neck but not straining.
    - Return to the starting position and repeat, ensuring a slow, controlled movement.
    3. Tricep Extensions:
    - Hold a weight with both hands behind your head, elbows bent and pointing upwards.
    - Extend your elbows to lift the weight overhead, keeping your upper arms still.
    - Pause briefly at the top before slowly lowering the weight back down.
    - Repeat for the designated number of repetitions, keeping the core engaged to protect your lower back.
    4. Face Pulls:
    - Attach a resistance band to a sturdy anchor at upper chest level.
    - Stand a few steps back to create tension, holding the ends of the band with arms extended.
    - Pull the band towards your face, keeping upper arms parallel to the ground.
    - Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak of the movement, then slowly return to the starting position.
    - Repeat for the desired number of reps, maintaining an upright posture throughout.
    5. Lateral Raise:
    - Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a weight in each hand by your sides.
    - With a slight bend in your elbows, raise your arms out to the sides until they are at shoulder level.
    - Pause at the top, then slowly lower the weights back to your sides.
    - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, keeping your core engaged.
    6. Hamstring Stretch:
    - Stand upright, then hinge at your hips to lean forward, reaching towards the floor.
    - Keep a slight bend in your knees to prevent overstretching.
    - Hold the stretch for 30-60 seconds, breathing deeply to help relax into the stretch.
    7. Glute Bridge:
    - Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the floor and a weight placed on your hips.
    - Press through your heels to lift your hips towards the ceiling, squeezing your glutes at the top.
    - Slowly lower your hips back down and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
    8. Oblique Touches:
    - Stand with feet hip-width apart, hands on your hips or behind your head.
    - Lean to one side, aiming to touch your elbow to your knee (or as far as comfortable).
    - Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
    - Continue alternating sides for the total number of repetitions, keeping movements controlled.
    9. Leg Raises:
    - Lie on your back with legs extended, holding a weight between your feet if desired.
    - Lift your legs towards the ceiling, keeping them straight.
    - Slowly lower them back down, stopping just above the floor.
    - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, keeping your lower back pressed into the floor.
    10. Hip Flexor Stretch:
    - Start in a lunge position with one foot forward, both knees bent.
    - Tuck your pelvis under and gently push your hips forward until you feel a stretch in the front of your hip.
    - Hold the stretch for 30-60 seconds, then switch legs and repeat.
    11. Split Squats:
    - Stand in a staggered stance with one foot forward and the other extended behind on a slant board.
    - Lower your back knee towards the ground, keeping your front knee over your ankle.
    - Press through your front heel to return to the starting position.
    - Complete all reps on one side, then switch legs.
    12. Lunge Stretch:
    - From a standing position, take a big step forward into a lunge.
    - Lower your back knee towards the ground, keeping your front knee over your ankle.
    - Push through your front heel to return to standing and repeat on the other side.
    - Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions.
    13. Couch Stretch:
    - Start by kneeling in front of a couch or wall, placing the top of one foot against it.
    - Step the other foot forward into a lunge position, keeping your upper body upright.
    - Gently push your hips forward to feel a stretch in the front of your hip and thigh.
    - Hold for 30-60 seconds, then switch sides.
    14. Tibialis Anterior Exercise:
    - Sit on a chair with legs extended, heels on the ground.
    - Lift the toes of one foot towards the ceiling, rotating the foot in a circular motion.
    - Perform the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the other foot.
    15. Chin-Ups:
    - Grip a chin-up bar with palms facing towards you, hands shoulder-width apart.
    - Hang with arms fully extended, then pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar.
    - Lower yourself back down with control, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
    16. Bicep Curls:
    - Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a barbell with palms facing forward.
    - Keeping your upper arms stationary, curl the barbell towards your shoulders.
    - Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
    17. Cardio:
    - Start with a warm-up on the bike, elliptical, or rowing machine, gradually increasing your heart rate.
    - Once warmed up, perform high-intensity intervals: work hard for 30-60 seconds, then recover for 1-2 minutes.
    - Continue alternating between high-intensity and recovery intervals for the desired duration, focusing on maintaining good form throughout.

Good video. I have a story to share. I was in my 30s when i started to feel like an old man. But then i figured it were basically 2 things that made me really weak and tired: 1st) I didn't sleep enough. There were nights where i slept only 3h went to bed at 3am, got up at 6:30 and such things, average nights 5.5h and maybe 6.5 hours tops! Once i started to force myself to sleep more, like 8 hours generally, i started to feel incredibly much better. And 2nd) I got rid of energy drinks, coke and everything with lots of caffeine in it. Those two points together already made me feel better. Then i also started to work out again which i had abandoned for many years and now i am almost 40 but I feel like in my early 20s again, not gonna lie. That feeling when you feel weightless and want to skip 2-4 steps on a staircase and this overall feeling that you have to move around, you know what i'm talking about. On a side note, more sleep and less caffeine also affected my brain function, i complained less i were less agressive and testy and became more productive. Not gonna lie, i'd say test it for yourselves go 2 weeks without caffeine at all + sleep more. Doesn't cost any money or time! BUT ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Let's face it ! Part of the truth is also that this will just make a major difference for you if you are not overweight or a heavy smoker or something! THEN you will first have to work on these of course since that kills 90% of your energy.

i am no doctor but i know tendon strength stays with us long after muscles have begun degrading
as i am watching your workout, specifically with the use of the bands, i notice that you aren’t maximizing the load of the movement when the muscle is in its most stretched position. numerous case studies about generating max force when the muscle is in a stretched state will promote most muscle growth. muscle growth may not be exactly what your after but i believe this is also a good way to train tendon. i really like the exercise you did for shoulder rotation with your elbow on your knee though, that’s a great example of the workout style i am talking about.
i think it’s interesting what you’re doing, and remarkable the change that you’ve gone through over the past few years. thanks for inspiring! and for all the documentation!

I love this! Goes to show that the only way to really slow down aging is when you have the time and effort to do anything you can and want to achieve that goal. With a 9-5 sitting all day on a desk like me, I would be really happy if I could stretch my hamstrings and quads like you do. I do not want to slow down my aging, but I want to feel great when I get older. Most old men think their backs are done for but it's actually the lower core / back / thighs area that's messed up. The back - starting from the traps all the way down to the upper end of the glute medius - overall gets much more stretches doing normal things (sitting/lying down, standing up, walking, cooking, taking a dump, ...). So stretching below that area, just like you do, is a set goal for me now, especially because the hamstring stretch you do also stretches the lower back quite well, too, I assume, at least it looks like it.
Thank you for posting these! You're using your money in a very much calculated and respectible way.
