I love this lifestyle cuz i'm in peak condition, no illnesses, no glasses, no medication. its taken persistence, discipline and dedication but the results are inspiring. this was my souls calling cuz i feel passion, gratitude and timeless!!

Bryan is always superb in his clarity of thought, presentation and authenticity. Ranveer was probably the best he has ever been as an interviewer in this podcast. This may just be the next step in his evolution as a podcaster of important and far reaching topics.

Always try to get good things from others and expand your horizon rather than trying to prove who is better. Out of the both methods
      1. Western method is most suited for rich or ultra rich or can say heavily depend on how much money you can spend for those

He is not afraid of dying, but he is definitely afraid of ageing old, and that would be really heartbreaking for him if he grow old and have all the symptoms of old age, and eventually die of old age.😥😥😥

"Great content as always! I think using terms like longevity, biohacking, healthy living, and living longer would be more fitting than immortality-it makes the message feel more practical and relatable. There's actually someone in India with a similar journey, and I believe I mentioned it in an email a few months back.
Above all, I’m really happy to see you creating content on biohacking. It's inspiring, and it benefits both your audience and you. Keep going and growing, brother!"
