    Hi Abhinav, Thank you for this informative video. Question for you - These days i am doing lot of research on muscle building but most of the content i see is probably more focused on young people , say guys in their 20s. I am an Indian man in late 30s (Skinny fat body type- Arms, legs thin but belly fat). I want to ask is it possible to build new muscles in late 30s? Does the same workout plans will work for me which most likely are made for a 20 year old. ?

      Yes, you can still build muscle. The only big difference will be that your body will not recover as quickly compared to when you were in your 20s.
      Just listen to your body and don't exert it too much stress on it.

      @@ABHINAVMAHAJAN Thanks for replying to my earlier question, I followed your advise and started 3-days a week workout routine. But recently somebody in gym told me something which has got me worried. He saw me taking Whey Protein, and he said that whey protein can cause Kidney stones, and in-fact it can damage my kidneys if i take it regularly. !! (For now, I take 2 scoops a day - 1 in morning , and 1 in evening). I tried to check online but lot of multiple opinions on this. Can you please confirm if this is true. ? Its really important for me to find the truth in this matter.

    To all the hard gainers,
    Here’s My take: you can gain 10kgs in 2.5-3 months.
    How I did it?
    First thing is make ur diet plan. As you will now have to eat well. Matlab eating a complete meal which has all proteins carbs fats. (Search for bulking recipes online)
    After your diet is ready, now in the first month start your diet and make your body used to it. No need to go full hard in the first month. But but still you need to atleast eat your maintenance jitna calories.
    Second month se add little more quantity in the same recipe.
    Third month add a litttle more ..
    And don’t worry 1st month weight gain can be minimal, say only 3-4 kg. But from second month slowly after your body adapts to the diet you can definitely put on good weight along with regular exercise.
    Note : exercise is also as much important as diet. Stay consistent and go to the gym no matter what. If necessary go when it’s empty so that you can concentrate better.
    So basically it is possible in 3 mo’s too. Just eat clean, train 6 days a week.
    It’s possible. ❤
