I've always had males. They are more affectionate, protective and do not go into heat or have litters. In fact I have a brand new boy who is a 4 week old golden retriever. He should be fun when he grows up lol.
I have an intact 5 year old and your video describes him well. I’ve also learnt a few more things about why he behaves the way he does, so thank you. 😁
personal bodyguard check, aggressive affection check, security guard check, Super sniffing check, stealing socks all the time. I love my amazing labrador retriever.
LOL! I am laughing because I have a male Maltipoo that does the window patrol in the middle of the night. If I have to go to the door and answer he is right there. He has my back! 🐕🦺🐕🦺🐕🦺❣️
I have Min Pins and my boys have always been incredibly clingy. They howl mournfully if I am not around and have to be close to me. My girl is much more independent, though she loves a cuddle and she likes sitting on my lap. When I am not around she does her own thing but the boys have always followed me around when I am at home. My previous male was not at all demonstrative and was perfectly happy to sleep at my feet or lie on the couch beside me. My new male pup seems more keen on cuddles than his predecessor, I'm not sure if he's following the female's example.
I love that you made a video on male dogs (and included a poodly face!)! My guy Asper body blocks and gets REAL mad if male dogs show aggression. I couldn’t feel safer 🥰 While he was still intact he stuck his face in any spot where a lady dog in heat had relieved himself. Luckily he was far more interested in being a good boy than finding the ladies, so he never wandered off while off-leash
Interesting I lived with a female half timber wolf half east german working line german shepherd. When she reached her adulthood she decided she hated adult human females to the point she was never alllowed near them. Children she liked a lot no matter their sex .
The biggest difference between male and female dogs: Female dog is taken outside: simply pees and poops and she done. Male dog is taken outside: we must travel kilometers so I can carefully, and strategically distribute the pee and poo I've stocked up on since our last travels. I can be absolutely about to shit myself but best believe I will use all of my will power to keep it in me for that one place that's, like, 30min away from here. Quickly, we must not waste time! Oh wait, let me sniff this particular spot for the next 10 minutes.
This video makes male sogs seem annoying 🥹 My male dog is really sweet and funny to look at. This is coming from someone who doesnt like to be bothered. Lol
I laughed about that your dog is not getting all jealous husband on you”😂
You are a great creator Smelly !

My male dog loves other males, both human and dog.
Also females...he just loves everyone. Best buddy and a delight to hang with.

This is so funny. My dog hates my dad & always does the blocking thing in front of me while he’s around lol
Good Boy Dogs !😊
Raised brother and sister mini poodles; neither was like the gender specific points of this video. 🤷🏻♀️
None of this applies to my 100 lbs male Golden Retriever, he is the biggest coward that I have ever met, he is especially afraid of other large doges.
So in nature there is a difference between male and female
My dog us a girl and does all the same things she is called. SPD. Special patrol dog. Hates my x husband and is scared of him.
