Is the pizza without the cheese actually satisfying? I’d feel like it wouldn’t keep you full for very long. There’s at least some protein in cheese. I like the idea of switching to a plant based diet, but I never actually find myself satisfied with these swaps

Crazy how this video is 5yrs old and still ONE OF MY FAVES by Sadia! So cleverly executed! I actually watch this video from time to time to keep me motivated to eat healthy meals and snacks. Everything looks so delicious and filling that Sadia makes so it reminds me that healthy eating can be rich and satisfying, not sacrificing.
