I’ve been watching you for years but fell away as I found less of a need for recipes. It’s so nice to see you vulnerable sharing your life with us! It feels like hanging out with an old friend.

Yessss! Remarkablly stated. God bless you! I second these remarks. I hope Sadia, Robin, and the team see your comment, I'm sure they will really appreciate it. 😀 Take care!
I met one of my dearest friends in a restaurant as she was our server. After we chatted for a bit and she left to put in our order, I looked at my husband and said “I wanna be her friend.” After we were done eating and before we left, I said to her “we should totally hang out!” She already held a piece of paper in her hand with her phone number on it and said “I was thinking the same thing!” ❤️ - be brave, be honest, be mad!
This is so soothing and I feel more connected with you when you make mistakes while making smoothies 😂 Also so excited for the next video to walk through the app cuz as a beta tester, I use it everyday to cook more and eat better! Though I fail to do it all the time, it helps me to be more aware of healthy and intentional eating!!!
There is no such thing as failing. Sometimes food nourish the cells, and sometimes it nourishes the soul. It's all good. Serve up plenty of compassion on the side of those meals 😉 and you were a beta tester?! Thanks so so much for testing out our app and for helping us make it the best version it could be 💕 I'm so glad you've enjoyed using it. We're sending out a 'thank you' email soon by the way - keep your eye out for it 👀 🤗
@@PickUpLimes Wow, this is so true! Right until you said there is no such thing as failing, I didn't even know I considered it with that mindset! Thank you so much for your kind reply, Sadia! :)
LOVED THESE!!! I think the 'value' in it is truly how connected and normalized we feel to making mistakes/ being silly. Like you always are so polished in the cooking videos (which is great) but seeing that we both watched Selling Sunset or have social anxiety helped me relate to you so much more. Please please make this a series!!
I loved this vlog style; like you said you ever meet someone and think “want to be friends?” - well this is the closest we get to be your friend, thanks for sharing!
Hi, I just want to say that I have watched your channel for years and I am so glad you finally made this kind of video! I find so much comfort in watching your content and it really relaxes me. My husband and I aren't even plant based/vegan but we both enjoy watching your cooking videos. I say all of this just to add that we both appreciate you for creating content and thank you.
Sadia, you've given us so much health and inspiration through the years, your channel has been one of my favourites for so long, but I didn't expect to love this vlog AS MUCH! I think I put you in some kind of pedestal (and I love the bloopers at the end of the videos to see how funny you are!) and watching you petting the cat, insecure about gardening or what to wear for a wedding, having days at work where things don't exactly go to plan, trying to connect more with your neighbourhood, leaving your house a bit messy to fix it another day... these are such normal things that I can identify with, I definitely felt closer to you and it brings me the feeling that I can also grow to be more like you one day (the way you cook, dress, exercise, have a beautiful house)! Thank you so much for sharing more of your life with us 💚💚
Really loved the spontaneity and authenticity of this vlog, it was super soothing to watch and a great break from studying! Also, I feel like a great way to ask a complete stranger to be friends if you're not a super forward person would be to first say something along the lines of: 'Hey, maybe this is a bit of an unusual question, but...' Anyways, these kinds of videos are great, always such a treat to watch!😄
It does require a lot of courage though. But I agree, you COULD say it and it would make our lives better if we were that courageous, at least from time to time. :)
I loved this Vlog! Also, I am really amazed by the amount of work you put into everything you do, but especially the amount of time and effort that goes into filming a recipe video. I had never really considered that before. Thank you for all the things you put out there, it truly is very valuable 😍
I love your vlogs. I have them downloaded all on my laptop and I watch them on repeat like a movie. It makes me feel all cozy and happy. My favourite is your '28th birthday trip with Robin'.
0:45 "providing value" - sometimes, when I'm feeling really sad or stressed out, I watch those videos of yours like this vlog to get some comfort, some positivity when I can't really help myself. You really do help here!
Just your presence is value sister! I feel SO good when I'm watching your videos! I 100% connect with random people that way too. I've asked people to hang out before. Sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't. YES PLS more vlogs!
' I am ready to get horizontal' - it is going to be one of my favourite sayings from now on, together with ' go big or go home: do not underestimate how much I love my home😉' Love this vlog❤❤❤❤
Oh Sadia, how you hide your quirkiness behind those perfectly edited PUL recipe videos. I loved the energy on this video and all the little things that make you so creative..Thank you for sharing...Please continue engaging with us with vlogs.. and a shout out to the editor for the amazing engaging edit on this one too..
I really love when you vlog. even if you feel like you aren't doing anything interesting, i find it very nice just because of your calming and centered demeanor. Good vibes. Thanks!
You are such a beautiful soul! As many others said, you could sit and have a read-with-me and I would watch. But also speaking out about your insecurities makes me feel very normal as we share many of the same. Thank you for the vlog!
Really enjoyed seeing this vlog and the behind the scenes stuff of PUL! And I would love to see a video on how to make kombucha, it's been on my bucket list for 2023 to make!!
You are truly an angel. I love your videos and your lovely personality. Please keep sharing your beautiful soul. Sending much love from Sweden! 🥰 you make me so happy every time I see any of your content!
Thank you, Sadia, for this video! Only now I fully understand how much work there is for a video recipe. I love that you are so natural, honest and down to Earth. ❤
I run an organic community garden in Texas - so obviously a different climate - but I can't recommend growing herbs enough for beginner gardeners. Basil is very easy to start from seed! If mint is doing well then thyme and oregano should do well too - they are also in the mint family. Having fresh sage always feels like such a luxury when cooking too. In your climate most of those things will probably need replacing each year or put in a small green house but it would be worth it since you're a cook! Happy gardening 🌱
@@Wednesdaywoe1975 then just plant more? Lots of herbs need reseeding throughout the growing season - basil, parsley, and cilantro for example. Btw if gardening is about life - then death comes with it. Not a reason to give up
Ahh that "can we be best friends" to awesome strangers is so relatable Sadia. Loved this vlog, more please. Its so great getting to know you. In one of the videos, you mentioned how you use headspace for a 3 min meditation and that encouraged me to give it a try because I'm always anxious about getting into long meditations. Sometimes its nice to connect with people that way. It might be hard to be vulnerable like that but thank you for the effort ❤
Sadia , this was one of my favorite videos of yours so far. That’s saying a lot because I love all the others, too! It was so peaceful and as a woman it’s so nice to see into the lives of other women and connect on that level. Please please please make more of these videos.
I was a waitress in a vegan restaurant a few years ago in the Canary Islands and it was a pleasure to meet you and your channel. You were very kind. A lovely couple. I have been a follower ever since. It's nice to know that you are still traveling to the island. 💓
Omg you’re honesty about social anxiety: I can relate and when you said you want to ask a girl you just met to become your friend, that’s what I think every time I see your videos 🥹 but I live in Belgium so we just can’t casually get a coffee 🥲 love everything you do and share, it sparks all my interests.
That was awesome.I wish it lasted longer, I did enjoy it a lot, though. I learned a lot I learned that just by putting some flowers on the table, you can release the best energy at home I learned that the simpler we dress up, the more attractive we look! Thanks for being so motivational as always. ❤
Thank you so much for your authenticity!💚💙💖 I’m neurodivergent and often feel anxiety about socializing with those I don’t know well. I always worry that I’m going to come across as weird for being “too eager” or “unpleasant” for being too reserved. It’s nice to know that I’m not the only one who (at least briefly) considers these things. 👸🏽 Like Robin, I’m also “calendar challenged” (apparently it’s a thing). Maybe it’s a STEM PhD thing?😂
Hahahhahaha 'calendar challenged', I'm literally laughing out loud 😂 I love it! I'm going to use that from now on. And you're definitely not alone in that, Toni - thank YOU for taking the time to connect 🫶
Just wanted to say this vlog was so fun to watch, you did a great job at it! It was a nice mix of the cooking/recipe inspo from your usual videos and the bonus of getting to see all the BTS behind the hard work that goes into your videos. I would love to see more of these vlog-style for sure! 😊
I loved watching this vlog. It’s nice to see behind the scenes and seeing our favorites live their lives. The smoothie problem is so relatable, especially with a Vitamix. I can never make a smoothie less than 32oz 😂 🤦🏾♀️. Please keep us posted on the garden, Im excited to see the progress. Ooh and the green dress was my favorite. 💚
Hi Sadia - nice video! I loved the gardening bits especially. I also want to encourage you to somehow get Robin on board with using a calendar. I've been married for 36 years and the calendar has prevented many an argument. We use a giant paper calendar, clearly visible in the kitchen, but if it's easier to use a shared digital calendar or app, whatever works for you and Robin. If you plan on adding kids to the mix, a calendar will be your (and his) best friend. Looking forward to more videos!
Yeah, let's make kombucha. I also make my own kombucha and I love this, because you can make so many flavours. Or kombucha coffee is super delicious! Yum😍
Haha! Nice to know that I’m not the only who watches reality tv show when my partner isn’t around to judge me for it 🤪 This vlog was wholesome and fun! I wish I was more forward too when I meet really nice people but.. hey! social anxiety✌🏽🤪 Thanks for sharing ❤ I understand how vulnerable this can feel!
I once had someone I happened to sit by at a bar ask me “Do you want to be friends?” I was touched by this and often wished I’d been more open at the time. It was so unexpected but yet a beautiful offering. Don’t feel weird about saying it Sadia, when you meet someone you really resonate with. It is actually very flattering and a kind way to honor a person you admire.
Girl do you need to hear it from Me or what. You are enough and the more videos I want to see of is you being you. Please do what makes you happy because watching your videos and following along with your life is amazing. You have taught me so much regardless of what you do. You are amazing sending you encouragement and support 1000%. ❤
You are so freaken adorable! You brighten my day when it is already bright. I wish we could be friends! ha, No seriously! Love the flowers you "picked" out. No matter what you wear is great and did like the green sparkle one. Have a great week..
@@PickUpLimes So taking that and running with it! East Coast (of the states) twang always give me away -though we swear we don't have an accent - ha - PS You truly are precious.
Hey! Sister I am your new subscriber and I really love your videos so so much you are my inspiration and I wish you reach 500K Subscribers very very soon!❤️✨☺️
Thank you Sadia for this video where we are all inspired by everything you do. I love to see that in addition to being a perfectionist, you allow yourself to lie down and become human again hooked on any movie or series. Like we all do.
Sadia, I loved this. I have followed you for many many years, and I always wondered how your day to day was because I aspire to be more like you. Thank you for sharing this little snippets of your life please keep doing it. hugs! 🫶
Loved coming along with you on your vlog. You're so lovely and I love watching you be vulnerable and try new things put of your comfort zone. I am exactly like that. I also have a bit of social anxiety. However, seeing you be so brave and how just the benefits of trying new things, I will try to follow your example and try new things and socialize more. Thank you Sadia! Please do more of these vlogs. I definitely felt more connected to you and your life. 💗
I absolutely loved this vlogging format Sadia! I've been following your videos for a while and love everything you do, but this felt sooo personal. Like I knew you are super talented in making vegan food but this video gave me a glimpse into your life and it felt like I got to know you as a friend. Please continue making these along with your regular content
I’ve enjoyed this one so much! And I’m not usually that into vlogs. This is so wholesome and entertaining, light and meaningful, great content ❤ Thank you, Sadia
I loved this vlog! It humanized my experience with the channel, idk why but I feel that other videos are so planned and calculated in order to teach + be pleasant to the eye that it (personally) feels cold, I love watching you being you without an script! (Love those videos too tho)
Hey Sadia , please do more of these days in my life kind of videos . I love you & your vlogging style is so amazing that I could watch you all day long🤍✨
Love making kombucha at home & would LOVE to watch your process! Love the vlog style, I feel like we can all feel your warming presence! Thanks for spreading so much love into the world!
I just came in from caring for my elderly parents , stressed and worn out, I clicked on your video because I find watching you so calming, I love any content you create, your soul shines through, you are beautiful and amazing, thank you🩵🌈🦋
Thank you so much, dear Sadia. Could you please help me/us with the problems with how to start a day, how to get out of bed in the morning, with waking up, finding the motivation for the day etc.? Thank you so much. Love you! XX
So my house was becoming a mess and for the past couple of days I just couldn't find the energy to get up except for the bare minimum. Something in me sparked live after watching Sadia in this vlog and I succeeded putting things away in the cupboards they belong. Maybe tomorrow I will organise them. Anyway, I'm here to say it's a pleasure just watching this woman. Sending love and prayers her way 🌻
I absolutely loved this style of video! Thank you for sharing a part of your life with us. I’m sure it wasn’t easy but I really enjoyed watching! I feel like I am watching a friend. 😀
Loved your vlog Sadia, it was so nice to get to know a little about 'you' & some of the things you do. You are a beautiful soul. I hope your garden looks lovely with all the flowers you bought. Thank you for sharing. ❤
thank you for your video, every video usually spreads positive energy . it is shown clearly by your power in working the way that you connect with your co-workers, the job that you are working, the meals that you prepare, and above all your love.
I always wished you upload videos more often but seeing how hard it is to get one video out I see why it's better to take it slow. Peace of mind is more important❤❤Hang in there gurl✨. And we love your vlogs🥰🥰🥰

I LOVE days in the life vlogs 🥰
Sadia , this was one of my favorite videos of yours so far. That’s saying a lot because I love all the others, too! It was so peaceful and as a woman it’s so nice to see into the lives of other women and connect on that level. Please please please make more of these videos.
Yaay look who’s back we all missed you Sadia ❤️we need more vlogs like this 🥹😍❤️
Please do more vlogs! I always feel better after watching your videos, your energy is infectious in all the good ways.
I cannot put into words how happy this video makes me. So much love, Sadia! ❤❤❤
The “do you wanna be friends” thing is soooooo relatable. I just moved to a new place. Trying to make new friends is hard!
I was a waitress in a vegan restaurant a few years ago in the Canary Islands and it was a pleasure to meet you and your channel. You were very kind. A lovely couple. I have been a follower ever since. It's nice to know that you are still traveling to the island. 💓
Your music choices and editing are so seriously amazing! Love this!
i know i speak for everyone when i say THANK YOU FOR VLOGGING AND SHOWING US YOU. i know that i do. ;D this was captivating!
I learned a lot
I learned that just by putting some flowers on the table, you can release the best energy at home
I learned that the simpler we dress up, the more attractive we look!
Thanks for being so motivational as always. ❤
I certainly love the calm Sadia we see on recipe videos, but it's so great to see the fun and more easy-going Sadia in your vlogs ☺️
Please upload often and I miss real time Tuesday's!!
You light up the day with your smile and personality! Following you where you go is enchanting! Love the dress and love dahlias too!! More of you!
As someone in a long-term relationship with a calendar challenged Physics PhD, I relate to this so much and can't help but smile! 😀
😂 I'm so glad it's not just me!
Yum😍
Kombucha coffee?! Did I read that correctly? Oh my goodness, tell me everything! 🤓
@@PickUpLimes take a long glass, put an ice into it, pour one espresso and then add kombucha. Then just add e.g. a sprig of rosemary for a garnish🫶🏼
Dahlias are my favorite in my garden, and I just planted some new ones too!
Haha! Nice to know that I’m not the only who watches reality tv show when my partner isn’t around to judge me for it 🤪
This vlog was wholesome and fun! I wish I was more forward too when I meet really nice people but.. hey! social anxiety✌🏽🤪
Thanks for sharing ❤ I understand how vulnerable this can feel!
We want to see more vlogs like this❤
Girl do you need to hear it from
Me or what.
And you are so freaken kind, Phyllis! And we are friends! Best of friends 🥰 🌷
@@PickUpLimes So taking that and running with it! East Coast (of the states) twang always give me away -though we swear we don't have an accent - ha - PS You truly are precious.
I really love you so much. I improved my English because of you. And your energy is so great, every time I watch you, I cheer up.
Hey! Sister I am your new subscriber and I really love your videos so so much you are my inspiration and I wish you reach 500K Subscribers very very soon!❤️✨☺️
Welcome to our little family, Mansoor 🥰 I'm so glad you found us!
@@PickUpLimes thank you so much for welcoming in your channel my name is not manor it's mansoor and give me heart comment ☺️☺️
She already has 4.07 million subscribers. You wish her to lose 3.5 million because she misspelled your name? :}
Value? Ofc it adds value! Just seeing snippets of your life that you share with us is enough, no need to worry if we're going to enjoy it-cuz we will
Thank you Sadia for this video where we are all inspired by everything you do. I love to see that in addition to being a perfectionist, you allow yourself to lie down and become human again hooked on any movie or series. Like we all do.
Thank you! Please continue making this kind of video 🤩 I love it!! A kiss from Portugal!
I love this style content! You killed it, Sadia!
Yeah you should do more! I enjoyed this!
Enjoyed this vlog, good to see behind the scenes of how you create food content
Loved the realness and "old school" raw filming material. Great one!
Hey Sadia , please do more of these days in my life kind of videos . I love you & your vlogging style is so amazing that I could watch you all day long🤍✨
Your whole vibe is so relaxing and refreshing. Find your videos so wholesome.
Love making kombucha at home & would LOVE to watch your process! Love the vlog style, I feel like we can all feel your warming presence! Thanks for spreading so much love into the world!
I just came in from caring for my elderly parents , stressed and worn out, I clicked on your video because I find watching you so calming, I love any content you create, your soul shines through, you are beautiful and amazing, thank you🩵🌈🦋
This is so nice getting to see the real life person that you are! I sometimes feel your videos are so perfect that this is very refreshing!
It was really nice, please do more blogs. I love taking a tip or two from your lifestyle which I find absolutely perfect!
You're so relatable!
Loved it! Your videos are amazing, I never miss a single second of them.
