Hi Sadia, you've helped me overcome an eating disorder and I've built a better relationship with food, you're like that best friend who always brightens up your day when you're down, Thank you so much, Sending Love your way, Bestie ❤️👍🏻, All the best for your bright future ahead!!
This is such a touching message, Sampada, thank you for being here. A huge kudos to you for working through and past the difficulties of an ED, and thanks for letting us be part of your journey in learning to build a better relationship with food :) That warms my heart. Sending a huge hug your way! 🤗💛
Pick Up Limes should be in a Netflix series! Each video is so soothing and enlightening, I can never have enough of it. Please you guys make more daily vlogs like this. Can’t wait for the app launch. Best of luck! Love you!❤️
I cannot express the depth of my gratitude to you and your fiancee, your dedication to quality, healthy food choices, and the ease of preparation. I am a morbidly obese widow, early 60's, and your videos have sparked a NEW FERVOR to EAT to LIVE! I've FINALLY committed to choosing a vegan lifestyle, and it was through your videos, watching for HOURS, that I was able to take the leap. GOD BLESS YOU BOTH! I will KEEP you in my prayers.🙏
I watch you not just for food, but for peace calming and soothing feeling that i get after watching your videos. Been here for more than 2 years now. I never miss even a single video from your side. Basically a big fan. Much love ❤️ -Janvi
Please don't stress about the lost blooms - greenhouses force blooms to entice you to buy the plants (smart!) but it's actually good practice to prune the blooms when you put them in the ground or a pot. The blooms take up all the energy, and if you carefully prune them at the Y, all that energy will go down into the roots and help the plant get established.
Such a wholesome video, enjoyed every second of it! The visuals, details, recipes, photography, music, interior, gardening, the announcement! and YOU guys, your whole vibe, and life in the Netherlands is just so inspiring to watch!
a few tips for gardening. When you grow seedlings indoors, make sure to harden them before you plant them in the garden. This means taking it out for one hour the first day in the shade or at the end of the day when the sun is lower in the sky. take it out for two hours the next day and so on. Planting after it rained when it is overcast is perfect to transplant I find preferebly at the end of the day while the sun is again lower in the sky. You may already know this, but I found this was probably the hardest lesson I learned as I planted things at the wrong time of day and scorched my plants at first.
Hi! Dear sadia I am 18 and i have literally recovered from an eating disorder in about 6 months just by watching your content and following your pure and kind guidance 😍😍 Thank u so much and love you😍😍
Hi Sadia, I just wanted to say that your videos, your recipes and your overall personality has not only improved my relationship with food but also with myself, I'm a much happier person thanks to your content. Thank you so much for all your effort, it shows and it is so appreciated!! And thank you to the whole Pick Up Limes crew!!
love this one! I really appreciate that you share these natural sides of your life like getting your blouse dirty, learning gardening, running away from a spider, eating frozen pizza, eating while watching series or snuggling together
So cuteeee! Thanks for sharing a day in your life 🥰 P.S. as an entomologist it is my duty to clarify that spiders ARE animals and AREN'T insects, they are arachnids 😁 I'm so glad that you took it outside so it could keep on living its life in your beautiful garden!
I have an "insect (and arachnid, hehe) relocation device" in my kitchen, it's a simple glass container and a piece of sturdy paper. You simply cover the insect with the glass container and slide the paper under the opening, and safely move it out. So easy for no-touch operation, will not hurt the insect, and the insect won't bite you, in case they do bite... Learned it in a vipassana course, they always have it in common areas as part of the non-violence approach to all the living beings 🐝
I'm not vegan (though lately I have had a strong leaning towards plant based meals) but I love love love your videos. There's just this sense of warmth in everything you upload!

If you watched this video I'm certain you've scrolled through the comments. Hit that like button!
I actually loved seeing your quick dinner meal of salad and frozen pizza (I didn’t feel robbed at all). It’s nice to know other people can get too busy to make meals from scratch and you can still do a super easy, healthy meal. Thanks Sadia!
I know that you want to share recipe inspirations and make meals from scratch in these what I eat in a day videos but I honestly love to see these realistic videos where sometimes you're just busy and tired and you just have a frozen pizza :) It just seems more sustainable than cooking from scratch every day for each meal.
I was about to say the same thing. I love the recipes, but so often after work I just need something healthy that I can throw together in minutes without much cooking.
It's funny because I do cook on a daily basis while working full-time and commuting. Ofc sometimes I do get a nice pizza or try new stuff but most of the time it's really just cooking and listening to audiobooks 😂

Loving this slight change/new approach to the video content!
I just love everything about your videos! EVERYTHING!
I love how realistic you are with your meals :) it makes me feel less „bad“ for eating a bit unhealthy sometimes!
Oh I'm so glad you put the mint in a pot! I was on the edge of my seat until you said that, because I was really hoping you wouldn't put it in the ground. Our garden last year was covered with mint, even though we never planted it, and it grows really strong roots as well.
Your videos are so relaxing. I also love your Interieur design. Very calming. Sending much love.
Love watching you two...the sweetest thing
Not the point of this video at all, but you and Robin are so sweet together. It makes me smile.
Thank you for sharing your delicious recipes with us. Dank je wel, Sadia!
It's hard to think we've never met Sadia. I never used to cook until I stumbled upon PUL. And since then I've started cooking every single thing at home and eliminated packaged food from my life (99%), turned vegetarian to vegan and developed a love for food and nutrition! Thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰😇
Love the vlog style!! And the app is so freaking amazeballs 💪🏼
This is such a heartwarming video! I love to see your easy meals in a more casual vlog-style!
The “hi, everybody” on the spider was adorable!! But Sadia, insects are animals, too 😉 so are we.
Indeed, but spiders are not insects (6 legs) 🐜🐝🦗🐞🦟🪰🦋☺️ they are arachnides (8 legs)🕷🕸🦀🦂
