Regarding the first stretch: years ago I noticed one of my cats do that same stretch against the bathroom mirror and I thought it looked like a pretty good stretch. I tried it myself and yes, it works great!
Calm down Bruce Lee
The cat noticed your pain and showed you :D

Today I had a pinched nerve near my shoulder blade only on the left side all day. And it felt like no oxygen was passing through my arms and cheeks (as if there was no blood flowing). There was an incident today when I leaned back on my chair and couldn’t move my body, I couldn’t say anything. I could only hear. Sooo, I hope these exercises will help
UPD: It worked on the next day, I feel no pain. Thanks to you stranger from the Internet, now I’ll subscribe
That's exactly the point i'm feeling pain since years now... You don't even know how blessed I feel right now😢🥺 thank you so so so much🙏🙏🙏🙏

You are a lifesaver ❤ thank you. From the bottom of my spine 🙏. Thanks for making this easily available
Thank you!! The edge of the bed stretch helped so much.
Thank you! I’ve been having back pain for months now and the traction exercises were the only movement that have been able to get the stretch I needed for relief
Thank you , you helped me a lot.... 🙏🏻....deep stretching those shoulder ease my pain much better
that first door stretch did WONDERS
Thank you for these! The first ones reminded me of when I was younger and played on bars hanging upside down at the knees or ankles and hooking one knee around the bar and one leg down straight and swong myself around and around in circles and switched sides .. I've had scoliosis since even before i played on the bars like that. But i never really had back pain until around 8th or 9th grade. I didn't play on bars at that age or after that. I believe it was the weight being taken off my spine hanging upside down. I had very strong shoulders & arms and abs & buns of steel when i played on bars like that! All the compression on our spines is so bad for it! I often stop and do a similar lower back stretch hanging on to the counter or kitchen table! It does help a lot and feels amazing! Thanks again for sharing so much of your wisdom & knowledge with the world! 🙏💜
I've had shoulder pain for years. And its been especially bad the last month. I just had to slop cleaning dishes because my shoulder started pinching so bad. The first stretch immediately provided SO much relief. Thank you so much. Will definitely be saving this video to reference each day!

Thank you! I was actually getting frantic from the pain and numbness! 5 minutes ago I I couldn't think about anything else, I couldn't even tell you my own birthday if my life depended on it. Your stretches gave me enough relief to move on with my day.
**EDIT: when typing my comment I realized that 2-handed phone-holding position exacerbated the pain again. DULY NOTED!
Yeah I think our phones are killing us for sure 😂
Thank you so much for this. I felt a pain by my right shoulder blade and I could never get it out, even with equipment to undo the knot in that muscle. These stretches finally helped me and now I even have feeling back there. I didn't even realise I had gone numb in that area.

The figure 8 stretch also helped my Tennis Elbow, all of them were great for shoulder blade that is falling asleep constantly. thank you
I’ve found that tendinitis in the elbow can be triggered by a trapped nerve because of the tension passing from the back and neck and into the arm. I had golfers elbow and when I got rid of the tension in my neck, which is now back, the golfers elbow went away as well, but now it’s back the pain in my elbow is back!
Three days I have been in pain, this video was an instant relief thank you.
Glad it helped!
Thank you these stretches felt so good I’ve watched your videos before and they really help. These took away pain while doing them. Is there a normal time range in which this nerve pain could end, it started a couple days ago and makes it very difficult to work and concentrate so just wondering when to expect to feel normal again.
❤ Excellent🎉 Tanks!
Thanks for watching!
It really works! thank you for the pain relief!
Great to hear!
❤Tanks frendly🎉
Thank you once again. Most of my pain and numbness comes from in between my shoulder blades.
I found the figure 8 exercise triggered pain in my neck and cross the top of my shoulders when doing the lower loop. Was I doing something incorrectly?
First? Can you a video for front rack mobility for olympic lifters? I think they wrist , tricepts and lats are front rack limiters
Hello, what if I still have pain on the shoulder blade after doing these exercises? I also have neck pain(mainly when I look up, the pain is in the back of my neck) due to an injury that happened a year ago
Hey Mr Tom cruise lol you look like him lots , Your vids rock thanks for the info 👍
You betcha, Iceman.
I feel this more around the serratus anterior region more than the shoulder blades/upper inner back. Is this normal?
Do you have anything for primary bladder neck obstruction? I get pain from it
Would you use these for maintenance of healthy shoulders or are there better stretches? I do some heavier bodyweight exercises (dips, pull ups ) and I occasionally get that trapped or irritated nerve under the shoulder blade. Thanks for all of the great content, it's so valuable for a middle aged guy who thinks he's still 21...lol!
Thanks for watching!

What if someone is unusually flexible and the stretches don't feel very .. stretching?
I feel none of what you describe I should be feeling. It's always been like this whenever doing any form of stretching or fitness. I'm told I should feel this or that and the muscles in this area are being focused and blah blah blah. And I'm almost always feeling everything BUT the specific areas I'm told should be felt. It is beyond infuriating.
Could it be caused by a rib issue? lllike a rib subluxation
Good question, I think I have a dislocated rib head and it's causing numbness and tingling through my shoulder and all the way through my hand.
@@kimritz9807 I don’t know if I even have a rib dislocation haha since my problem goes away on its own but then comes back randomly
@@Demonboy66771hmm interesting I have a similar rib problem, and have had this issue on and off for years now. If I recall correctly I think it may have only started after I damaged the rib.
Your slow voice is comforting but I’m so uncomfortable right now with my nerve pain I need you to talk faster 😅
I always speed up the video
Haha, I know the feeling, when you’re in pain everything becomes irritating haha!
Stay in cow position and then just go up with chest, then go down few times slowly
❤❤❤
