Regarding the first stretch: years ago I noticed one of my cats do that same stretch against the bathroom mirror and I thought it looked like a pretty good stretch. I tried it myself and yes, it works great!

Today I had a pinched nerve near my shoulder blade only on the left side all day. And it felt like no oxygen was passing through my arms and cheeks (as if there was no blood flowing). There was an incident today when I leaned back on my chair and couldn’t move my body, I couldn’t say anything. I could only hear. Sooo, I hope these exercises will help
UPD: It worked on the next day, I feel no pain. Thanks to you stranger from the Internet, now I’ll subscribe

Thank you for these! The first ones reminded me of when I was younger and played on bars hanging upside down at the knees or ankles and hooking one knee around the bar and one leg down straight and swong myself around and around in circles and switched sides .. I've had scoliosis since even before i played on the bars like that. But i never really had back pain until around 8th or 9th grade. I didn't play on bars at that age or after that. I believe it was the weight being taken off my spine hanging upside down. I had very strong shoulders & arms and abs & buns of steel when i played on bars like that! All the compression on our spines is so bad for it! I often stop and do a similar lower back stretch hanging on to the counter or kitchen table! It does help a lot and feels amazing! Thanks again for sharing so much of your wisdom & knowledge with the world! 🙏💜

I’ve found that tendinitis in the elbow can be triggered by a trapped nerve because of the tension passing from the back and neck and into the arm. I had golfers elbow and when I got rid of the tension in my neck, which is now back, the golfers elbow went away as well, but now it’s back the pain in my elbow is back!

I feel none of what you describe I should be feeling. It's always been like this whenever doing any form of stretching or fitness. I'm told I should feel this or that and the muscles in this area are being focused and blah blah blah. And I'm almost always feeling everything BUT the specific areas I'm told should be felt. It is beyond infuriating.
