    A big contributing factor of shoulder blade pain discomfort comes from a build up of stress, tension, and tightness in muscles that can lead to painful muscle knots, spasms, and trigger points.
    This video will keep it simple by fixing weakness and tightness in the two main muscles that cause pain in this area, the rhomboids and the trapezius.
    Each exercise works a little differently. To get the best results, go through them all and use what gives you the most pain relief.

      I had throwing practice for the first time in 2 months then fell asleep with my arm under my girl… and when I tell you I’ve been having right shoulder blade pain. Im talking about 10/10 can’t move type pain. This man just saved me 🫶🏽

    have been living with this pain in my left shoulder for more than a year. it travels down my back into my hip, up into my neck and jaw, and into my armpit and down my arm. i’m 24, i can’t imagine the pain i’ll have in the future and certain exercises have helped, but the first stretch provided relief i haven’t felt in over a year. i was crying earlier because it hurt so bad and stops me in my tracks. thank you for your videos, they help more than you could imagine. merry christmas

    Thank you so much!! My right shoulder has been giving me a fit for months! I've been working out - hoping to strengthen the muscle, but it still hurt. I found this video and thought the exercises looked too simple. I obviously didn't know what I was thinking because my shoulder pain is gone! I work out, stretch, then do these stretches every day! This man is a blessing!

    I found relief the first time I saw this but I was only leaning back from doorframe for a few seconds. Today I noticed the recommendation for 30 seconds. What a difference! The time was needed to fully stretch the romboids and trigger them to relax.

    My right rhomboid has been killing me for years. There has been a knot there that no physical therapist has been able to get rid of. I've been working on it myself with various exercises from RUclips. Thanks for adding a few more to the arsenal. Appreciate you.

    Excellent stretches. I have pain in my left shoulder when reaching behind my back. It's very stiff and painful and have been that way for about a year. I think these stretches will help over a period of time. Will persevere. Thankfully I found your web site.

    I'm so happy I found your channel. I suffer with both shoulder blade pain all the time and when I take a deep breath it hurts badly. I can't wait to try these exercises. My doctor hasn't checked it and hasn't given me an x-ray all she said was it's part of aging and my Costochondritis. I'm not sure if I believe her. I'm doing my own research. I'm happy for this video. Thank you.
    Can you please do a video about Costochondritis. I never knew so much people suffer from it.

    Most physiotherapy exercises are about shoulder pain due to hunched posture which isn’t my case. Your video gives great exercises to strengthen and stretch the shoulder blades. That’s exactly what I was looking for as my issue is definitely not posture but probably an old shoulder injury that’s never been properly addressed and doing heavy shoulder weight training and daily exercises made it worst. So what I needed was targeted strength exercises and stretches. It’s very easy to blame posture for shoulder pain but not all pain is due to posture!

    I have horrible pain when I drive in my left shoulder area. This exercise is perfect for it. I suffer from chronic low back pain and even with my pain meds the shoulder pain can be horrible. This gives me so much relief. My daughter in law in having the same problem and I share your videoa with her.

    Thank You!!! I get aches around my shoulder blades sometimes, one side or the other. It last about a day and goes away. This time it has been 3 days and getting stronger, so annoying, and it aches only when I am at rest and not using it at all. I did the second and first part of third exercise you showed and it was gone. Now I can deal with it if it comes back tonight or tomorrow, and in the future. I am an elder, do you have another video that can help make that area stronger? These at the end are not comfortable & hurt to do, I'm just not strong enough to hold that. Thanks for your videos, they are always helpful.

    I actually felt a lot of relief! Been struggling with tendonitis in my wrist and shoulder for years. I've improved my posture, gained some strength, but every time I use a keyboard is feels like I go right back to the injury no matter what I do. Thank you for the help. I just want normal hands again. I'll keep at it.

    very helpful exercises I practice them from some days, from years I living in pain in my left shoulder blade and a pain around the spine and armpit muscles. Have days I not feel a pain at all but have days is just nightmare. Combine each exercises series start at first slow with a pause between every movement after you are warm up combine all movements after I finish with my exercises I use facial gun massager for these areas I have a pain.The facial gun massager can hit very hard be careful with a pressure you are apply to pain area.
