@DrRowe Hello! Firstly, thank you for your valuable lessons! I have a suggestion, it may sound odd. Stretching the intercostal rib muscles. I think these muscles can get very stiff, impairing a full range of motion like a torso rotation. I don't know if any exercises exist for this, but I thought I'd ask. Thanks again for the work that you share!

The Lavator Scapulae! Oh my goodness that’s the exact spot that has been giving me so much discomfort for a week now! I didn’t know the name of it. Many thanks as always for this information. I am a senior and my doctor is sending me for an ultrasound it was hurting so intensely. I will get the test but also gently try your exercises. I’m so grateful for all you do. ❤

    Hello from France !
You've asked me to come back and tell you how the exercises worked for my back pain, your exercises served me well but the method that allowed me to stop the pain is the control of my breath through meditation, I I had a very bad breathing habit even when everything was going well. (especially when I was sleeping)
I still need a little more time and I still have my neck and shoulder blades to adjust, your exercise is helping me a lot
    Thank you for everything !

Wow. Now that I start the exercises, I realize that I have it on both sides of my neck and shoulders. It's also radiating to both my pinkies and right middle finger, and right inner wrist.
And I developed a bad flu last night 😳 I would love to visit the chiropractor and massage therapist, but I can't go because I don't want to get them sick!
