@DrRowe Hello! Firstly, thank you for your valuable lessons! I have a suggestion, it may sound odd. Stretching the intercostal rib muscles. I think these muscles can get very stiff, impairing a full range of motion like a torso rotation. I don't know if any exercises exist for this, but I thought I'd ask. Thanks again for the work that you share!
The Lavator Scapulae! Oh my goodness that’s the exact spot that has been giving me so much discomfort for a week now! I didn’t know the name of it. Many thanks as always for this information. I am a senior and my doctor is sending me for an ultrasound it was hurting so intensely. I will get the test but also gently try your exercises. I’m so grateful for all you do. ❤
Thank you Dr.Rowe😊.....There is a whole lot of difference in my shoulder pain after doing these exercises......I can feel the relaxation in my shoulder nd back area ....Thanks a lot from the bottom of my heart for sharing these videos nd helping us get relieved from the intense pain
Hello from France ! You've asked me to come back and tell you how the exercises worked for my back pain, your exercises served me well but the method that allowed me to stop the pain is the control of my breath through meditation, I I had a very bad breathing habit even when everything was going well. (especially when I was sleeping) I still need a little more time and I still have my neck and shoulder blades to adjust, your exercise is helping me a lot Thank you for everything !
Thanks for sharing just got finished with lower back pain for over a month of laying on the floor! Yes sir this stuff helps thanks for sharing! Houston Texas
I'm around your area, which is neat. Best part is that now I've got the right exercises to help my rotator cuff injury (and sometimes also a rib slipping out due to the symptoms) in a quick manner. Thank you.
@@DrRowe If you have any recommendations for those two combined, I'd appreciate hearing about it! In the first week of recovery out of at least 3 in order to heal
I’m pretty impressed, this worked perfectly. I had some muscle pain in my traps on my left side from work and that simple ball up your fist and squeeze your shoulder blades with a good neck roll blew everything else I tried out the water. Thanks.
Wow. Now that I start the exercises, I realize that I have it on both sides of my neck and shoulders. It's also radiating to both my pinkies and right middle finger, and right inner wrist. And I developed a bad flu last night 😳 I would love to visit the chiropractor and massage therapist, but I can't go because I don't want to get them sick! Thank you for the video. You are a lifesaver 🌞
Thanks so much. The first exercise completely released , in a few minutes, the upper trapezius muscle that had been painful for over a week. Wonderful relief
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS IT WAS A LOVELY VIDEO THAT I FOUND VERY INFORMATIVE AND USEFULL AND VERY VERY COMFORTING AND ALSO HEALING THANK YOU SO MUCH I AM CONSTANTLY STRESSED AT ALL TIMES AND I NEVER KNEW WHAT IT FELT LIKE TO NIT HAVE PAIN IN MY SHOULDERS. HAVE A BODY OF A 80 YEAR OLD MAN WHO HAS BEEN THROUGH 9 WORLD WARS. THANK YOU.
Thank you so much, Doc. When my arm cannot reach up to my shoulder or do much, I use a wooden back scratcher with a gauze pad taped on to do the shoulder muscle and other areas.
I ❤ your videos dr rowe they have helped me a lot but you're health is more important please make sure you are completely healthy before your doing anything else ❤❤❤
Along with the pain - I did feel the large knot - I also have tingling right down the arm and hand all the way into the fingers. More on the right than on the left.
Thank you for your exercises. They are very helpful, as I work as a dental hygienist and my back is like a pretzel! You always get right to the exercise instead of wasting time. Keep up the good work
I wear a weighted vest when I walk for exercise. I really like it but it kills my levator scapula. I tried taking a break for a month but the first time I wore it again, same result. Intense pain at the top of the scapula.
My right shoulder and neck have been giving me heck ever since I broke my elbow, then surgery. My shoulder got strained and atrophy I think from all the trauma. I did physical therapy, got most of my mobility back in my arm, but my shoulder neck are rebelling still. Then the whole back starts having issues because I start holding myself funny compensating for all the different pains!
Another great video with clear instructions and demonstration’s… i have been trying to find the right exercises for impingement along with neck tightness… you always have an exercise to provide some relief. Thank you Dr. Rowe.
ive been having throbbing pain on my left temporal area and my neck behind the ear all the way down. im suspecting tempomadibular joint disorder. is this exercise also applicable to that problem or you have videos for TMJ. thanks
Guys please help me , I was doing an incline press and suddenly something felt moving in my back of the neck on my left side and strains so bad tbh pls try to drop a useful tip
What does it mean if doing these things makes it worse? Mine end up feeling bruised and the pain lasts and spreads and then I get a migraine as if everything is inflamed?
One may need to see a chiropractor to get adjusted first. I love your channel and do the recommendations but you wont get full relief until bones are adjusted
I did this in front of a girl that wanted to fight me for some reason (I had never even spoken to her) in the 8th grade I had one baby tooth left in the back i had been working on for a few days so I just reach into my mouth and yanked it out in front of her. I told her "okay, I'm ready to fight.", in the calmest voice. She didnt want to fight me anymore for some reason? 😂

If simple stretches and exercises aren't working, please consult with your local chiropractor or doctor instead. Thanks for watching.

One may need to see a chiropractor to get adjusted first.
