I just realized that both of my most favorite characters ever, Donna Beneviento and Stefano, have similar things to each other. - Both are Italians - Both lost their right sight and were replaced with something grotesque (They even cover it) - Can make their creations come to life - Both lost someone in their lives that they still remember to this day. Stefano with Emily and Donna with Claudia (Ik it's kinda stretched lmao) - Both can teleport (?) Not sure if Donna disappearing is teleporting but yeah they both disappear all of a sudden. - Both have a unique/pretty voice Additional similarities: - Both are edgy - Both are HOT AF - Both have pretty eyes tbh - Both were killed by the protagonist without hesitation 😭😭 - And finally, both are really underrated af in their respective games.
Donna doesn’t necessarily teleport, she uses illusions to make Ethan not see her move around. So when she reveals herself it appears that she teleports. When she disappears she just used illusions to make Ethan not see her walk/run away

If I had to hazard a guess, I would say they're probably unused pieces of audio that are in the game's files. Never actually programmed in the game, but left in the files for whatever reason.
