    I am honoring the life of Lesley by making a comment after each video I do. In this way, she really does live on and on in perpetuity, for future yogis to discover. As Lesley says above, all you have to do is show up and is so typical, she thinks of her students even very particularly. Namaste.

    Im on my ladies vacation feeling a little crampy and craby lol (before my practice) Now Im just feeling a lot of calm inside my body and soul.

    I just did this practice w Lesley after being off the mat for +1month due to a hip injury. Wasn’t sure I could do it but with Lesley’s encouraging voice I did it and her lesson on ajinsa. (?) was perfect. Lesley’s teaching lives on and thus she continues to bless her students.

    I had stopped doing it for a few weeks because things got crazy in life, and after doing yesterday and today..woah my body is sore!! but it feels soooo good to be back on the mat. my body definitely needs it. I cannot break this habit for so long ever again!

    Ah, a core work, nothing better to wake up ;) even though I'm feeling quite tired and stiff this morning but it's already better after this video ! I love the first Yama, Ahimsa, that's a really powerful rule. I try to apply it to myself, but sometimes I'm so violent with myself !! I used to push my body very far just to lose weight, I used to drink and smoke a lot, I had eating disorder (still a struggle though) ... I did a lot of bad things to myself, to my body, and I try to be better to myself now, and yoga helps A LOT ! Everyday I have to work on this but I hope it will get better :) Thank you Lesley (and I woke up earlier this morning to do a 2nd video so GO :) !).

    A good challenging session, this one! Glad you mention Ahimsa. I find I'm generally good to my physical body, eating plantbased vegan, utilizing natural remedies over meds, exercising... But not always so to my mind. I'm working on it: mindfulness, meditation/spirituality, honesty, etc. I accept it's a lifetime, work in progress. Also, being a vegan helps my practice of striving for peace and fairness with all sentient living creatures, human and animal, as well as with mother Earth. Thank you, Leslie✌️

    I haven't been doing yoga for a little more than a year. So now that i start again i am not in a good shape. I managed to do half of the yoga session and next time i will try again to finish it.

    Thank you for talking about the 8 limbs of yoga. So many teachers only focus on the asanas but there is so much more to yoga. I am loving this program and so thankful for your wonderful instruction!

    I need to work on extending ahimsa to myself. I hold this value in my life but it’s interesting that I allow negative self talk which is self harm. Thank you for this teaching, for helping me train my body and mind. Dedicating my practice to you today Lesley! You are loved and missed!

    This has been one of my favorite classes so far. It was an amazing combination of strength and flow - sometimes those to get kind of seperated, so i loose my sense of real 'flow', but today it was just amaze amaze. You are amazing! Loved the quote in the end - i guess it is something we all struggle with from time to time. We kind of know that we did our best (wasn't that also a message some weeks ago "always do your best?"), but sometimes it is difficult to let ourselves off the hook. Yoga really helps me with that.     phew what a class the abs were great and the rest difficult as usual but maybe a little tired of a great holiday. Did your class every day whilst camping, it was just awesome. thanks a lot you have no idea how much you changed my life plus lost 5 kilograms. xx

    Thank you so, so much for posting these videos. I moved to England in September from Canada and haven't been able to find a studio near me. I've really lost the flexibility and peace of mind that yoga gave me while I was at home - but I am so happy to finally find such a beautiful practice to get back into it. Namaste! xx

    I fell in love with your videos and recommended them to my partner. Now he is doing your 90 day Yoga Fix (in chronological order, most days but not every day since that's reasonable for him). Right after I lifted heavy weights today, he told me I just HAD to do today's workout, so I did. Needless to say, I just sent him a "How dare you!" meme of Kelly from The Office. That said, I'm grateful I did it, but I don't recommend this as a post-workout workout (lol).
    Thanks for all the great videos and how much they've helped us! My partner comes home from work looking so stressed, but after he does your videos, he looks so relaxed and alive.

    Hi Lesley, just wanted to send a quick comment not just to thank you for this class (which I loved!), but for the whole Yoga Fix 90 program. I've been steadily working my way through (missed a few days here and there), but haven't got around to commenting yet as I don't seem to be able to from my iPad.
    Anyway, thank you for a fabulous program, I love how helpful your instructions are, that the 30 min sessions fit perfectly into my daily schedule, and that I'm finding myself doing poses I never thought achievable (e.g. handstands!!). I'm much stronger, more flexible and definitely more grounded! I'm telling all my friends to follow your program!

    Hi! When I heard " Sofia from Slovakia" my heart was pumpung like crazy :D . (Most of American people dont evem know that Slovakia exists :D)
    Thank you for this great class I really enjoy every day of out 90 days :) I can see improvement mostly in my abs and my arms are aslo getting stronger (and bigger! :D ) Bye :)

    I find myself reaching more and more for my yoga strap. When I first began yoga, it felt like a "cheat" in some way, but now I find it a wonderful tool. We are all built differently, and my short torso/long legs just make some stretches hard without a strap to really get the alignment right. I'm grateful to have gotten over that silly hangup!

    Strained my shoulder a bit with all the dolphins but then I slowed down a bit :)
    My 5-month old daughter was also going locust-upward dog at the same time ^^

    Good morning :) Great practice today, again...:) Lesley, I had a question in mind: How much practicing do you recommend if I want yoga to be my only activity? I was thinking one hour every day, but I can do the one hour by doing half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the afternoon. What do think? What is your recommendation? Thanks so much for being there for us! :)

      +Zsuzsanna Benkó Thank you so much! Yes, I think your plan sounds perfect: 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon. I'd recommend focusing one day a week on gentle yoga and/or meditation. :-)

      tpks It will work your arms too, but be sure to engage your core muscles a lot so that you're not relying too much on your arms. :-)
