that simple drill of touching opposite knees is great! i teach kids in a youth mma class and trying to explain that you dont flop to the side or completely bend sideways they often just dont seem to grasp. il be using that simple drill! nice one👌

When slipping it is important to move head into box/slot. Imagine a box around persons head. Then add two more levels that connect at lower conor to make a triangle. 5 boxes total.

Now when you slip. Slip head into box/ head slot. Later you can bait with head position.🫵😊

Indeed. Tony Jeffries has a nice channel also, but he talk so fast like an ADHD. This channel does it more "relaxed" so one can follow the advice more easily.

You're creating an incredible series of content for your channel, man! I hope you grow fast.
Definitely use the algorithm to your advantage, too. I think you should keep doing this type of content for now, but then get to a variation of it by showing the same breakdowns of specific fighters. Especially fighters who are currently popular and getting media headlines, and of course, the legends. That will automatically increase the number of clicks you get just based on the trending analytics alone. If you're the boxing historical type, it would be interesting to see the evolution of some techniques over several eras shown in your style.
