      Really depends on the exercise man. For low amplitude pogo variations anywhere between 10-20 reps a set, then as intensity goes up the reps would go down. Continuous jumps with max effort I usually prescribe anywhere from 3-6 reps. Then the lateral variations, again depends on the intensity so will be similar to the pogos in that respect.
