What an amazing teacher! :)
She’s the best there is!
כן
I enjoy reading along with the Leningrad Codex. Never did I think I would find myself reading a text over 1000 years old. Mind blown. Thank you for teaching us this way!
That's awesome!
That last bit with the scroll was breath-taking
Thank you for these end-of-the-week lessons. :)
May God bless you!

Muito obrigado, professora, Jesus te abençoe muito.
Me super encantó!
I’m so grateful for your work! It’s very encouraging to watch someone’s gift see the light of day! May the Lord bless you richly for your work!
You’re already surprising me by the number of your videos. Do you have any idea how many you’ll produce? Is there a goal?
PS,
I’m very poor right now and I’m living on the good graces of others (I’m and artist with huge plans 😁), so I have not contributed to your obvious ministry. My prayer is that I may soon contradict each financial statement above.

Thank you, Ricky, so glad you're enjoying our videos! Our goal is to keep making videos until we've covered all the basics of Biblical Hebrew grammar. We don't have a specific number in mind, but we do expect it to take between 100-200 lessons and several years to build out that far.
I’m so grateful for your efforts! May the Lord smile on your work!
Shalom, tov meod, gostei, mas devia ter um vídeo com o alef beit deste mostrado no rolo, seria muito bom.

Povo de Israel meu povo o criador dos ceus e da terra meu criador aguardo o dia de poder por meus pes na terra de Israel
I got a question: Can I use this Hebrew to communicate with natives nowadays?
Some vocab they will not understand but most. As for verbs, they wont understand VaYiktol verb forms but will understand Yiktol treated as Future tense, and present tense participles (called Benoni) and Qatal form for past tense. Sometimes you will get funny looks as if you are speaking old fashioned Hebrew but they will understand. Also the specials suffixes for possession and the direct object, they do not often use as much. Modern Hebrew simplifies the language.
For possession, they do use Smichut...and the conjunction between two nouns של (shel).
שלי sheli = my
אמא שלי my mother
but in biblical hebrew
אם em -mother
אמי emi -my mother
Also they will throw a lot of modern vocabulary you wont know.
Some of it, but it will sound like Shakespeare speaking to modern Americans.
@@AlephwithBeth I got it! 😁, thank you guys!!
