I would recommend it. You may set some unwanted codes if you don't.

my code was 002b64b changed both mine on the driver side also and still did'nt fix the problem. is this a left hand or right hand drive car?

What was the code and reason for changing the sensors?

I don't remember the codes off hand, but car had a check engine light and was running rough. If I was to guess it was a cam position sensor code.
