      I mostly agree to the point of saying "almost" anything is possible. The demonstration shows there is a distinct possibility that he did in fact stumble over that low railing. In India Something similar happened,
      In 2017
      an 18 y/o mysteriously died on his birthday in a public place, market probably, and media was throwing a lot of speculations, they were telling it was most probably murder
      His family especially his sister, started a whole movement to expose the murderer of her brother named Abesh.
      Around few weeks after investigation, a CCTV footage was released of Abesh being intoxicated and he had very poor sense of balance, and he was seen descending down stairs, but the CCTV failed to capture all of the stairs.
      So the renewed story was;
      Abesh was drunk on his birthday with his friends and got parted, he lost balance and fell down the stairs and hit his head and died

    I've been drunk and fell off many barstools, nobody blamed the bartender. For those thinking the girlfriend won't take a polygraph is proof she is guilty, that's the same logic applied to people who exercise their right to counsel or do not give consent to searches and it's wrong. I have taken more than a few (work related) polygraphs, with much less at stake and was found to have lied when in fact I had not. There's a reason polygraphs are inadmissible in court... their results are not reliable.

    • @DougsterCanada1
      @DougsterCanada1 3 года назад +5

      I have known of a few people to fail polygraphs despite several credible eyewitness statements giving them very credible alibis, some with physical evidence proving their presence elsewhere. In one case, excellent video proved the suspect was where he stated he was at the time of the incident, about 1,500 miles away in another country.

    My best friend in highschool stood on my friends bumper and laid on the hood of the truck. Truck was stopped. When he went to get off he lost his footing and fell backwards and hit his head at just the right force and just the right spot cause from that moment forward he never woke up or spoke another word. Rushed to hospital. Surgery. No brain activity still. Few days later the plug was pulled. Our brains are magnificent but fragile. But she needs to take the polygraph for the mother, regardless of outcomes of what each thinks happened. She lost her boy. She needs to know. I hope she has eventually taken it to clear her name

      There is no benefit for the girl to take the test. 1. The test is NOT reliable. 2. The mother won't accept the result if she passes. She has her mind made up so the girl CAN'T prove her innocence in the mother's eyes. There is literally ZERO benefit if she was to take the test.

      A polygraph measures stress levels, not truth. There's no way anyone will find closure from a polygraph. The poor woman needs to accept her son's death, grieve and move on. That girl needs to prove nothing.

    It is definitely possible! Look how low the railing is on his body, it’s not catching him it’s almost hindering him more. If he was shorter he might not have fell. When you’re drunk you don’t have the control you do when sober, he probably lost his balance and then gravity took over.

      And if she took a polygraph and it came back as non deceptive, I have a feeling your family would still put all the blame on her since you just don’t like her. Unfortunately, bad accidents happen when alcohol is involved. I am so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine your pain, but sometimes grief makes you want to blame someone so you’d have misplaced closure. I’m just saying polygraphs are inadmissible in court because they are only 90% accurate. If I were her I wouldn’t take one either. It can be a scary thing when someone is innocent and the polygraph comes back saying you’re guilty

    I don’t know I think she killed him. Her sister already told us the truth & now she’s trying to cover for her. I mean when you’re drunk anything is possible because I’ve seen people trip over their own feet. But her sister messed up telling his mother that because now it’s going to hard for her to actual believe her. Now I don’t think her taking a polygraph will help because most test aren’t always accurate. But I feel like she had to push him.

    Something about her body language beginning at 45 seconds that gave me a terrible gut feeling. It's the look criminals get right before you open the evidence folder.
    If it in fact happened as she says, I'd be confident that it would be recreated in front of me. She does not appear confident.
    It's not only possible but probable that a young girl, feeling true love and passion for the first time was furious at a boyfriend who doesn't show or answer his phone.
    Showing up drunk would have heightened her fears that he was unfaithful.
    She would have pushed him NOT SUSPECTING it would have led to his death. But he was drunk with no balance.
    Terrible accident. I do however believe she is lying...
