My tummy is blown I don’t have belly fat and I’m so embarrassed as people will ask if I’m pregnant 😢 this only happened after 45 years that my tummy popped out. I have had a colonoscopy and my tummy has been cleaned out. Yes it gets blown more in cycles times. I’m peri menopause phase. I’m taking probiotics and eat very healthy. Yes I have PMS. I see what you mean. Bloating and gas is a common symptom of a lot of diseases. It's always important to stay on top of cancer screening and if you are worried about any of these symptoms then it is a good idea to see your doctor.

Hi Sonia Unfortunately, the only way to build muscle mass is to exercise regularly and also do weights work. Most gyms now offer a free taster session with a coach to see what you need to do or you can find lots of online classes through RUclips. Also make sure that you are getting enough protein as muscles need plenty of this to stay in shape. If you are not keen on increasing meat or are vegetarian or vegan you can take a plant based protein powder shake every day - your local health shop should have good quality ones without sugar or artificial sweeteners. If you are worried about this then maybe check with your doctor too; a small number of women develop an overactive thyroid and this can often lead to weight loss. Best Wishes Eileen
can you make a video about hair loss or do you have one already? i’ve been in menopause for 4 years, i take an estrogen pill every morning since i’m only 31. im starting to notice my hair is thinning & i loose big chunks of it all the time thru out the day. i don’t wear it in a pony tail anymore. only low clips to keep from pulling it extra. i haven’t been heat on it in since i’ve notice the loss. i’m trying to not stress but feel stressed everytime i think about it or have to throw hair away. 😬 thank you!

God apparently punished Eve by cursing the rest of us with labor pains in childbirth. For those of us with no kids, He also cursed us with perimenopause & menopause!
