What pool vids do you guys want to see next??
All of them!!!
Maybe a video on how to properly attach lures, cause nothing drives me crazier than fighting a lure onto a hook for 20 mins... Except backlash from a bait caster 🤣
Pretty sure you already did it but a good all around jig video would be awesome
I like the swim bait ones a lot I think the jackall ganteral savage gear 9 inch shine glide are great baits also
A video on plastic worms.
Thanks for the video.
Still pretty sure i will burst into laughing if anyone tries to sell me a 100$ fishbait. 😂😂😂
Great vid . Learn new things everyday.
From what I understand Expensive and fancy lures are not only meant to catch fish but the fisherman also.
Very informative and glad someone like you is doing these comparisons.
Matt Allen and Tim Little have caught quite a few double digits on the river to see S-eaver. They have a videos dedicated to how they fish the s-waver.
That’s what I use in Florida and caught three double digits this last year. Love it!
@@HughJazzDong where in florida?
@@matthewglading392 Tampa Bay Area
S-waver got me my p.b.
Tons of ppl use the s waver where I’m from in nor cal and catch fish I dunno if a lot but it’s popular
Best breakdown of swimbaits I've ever seen. Thanks!
There is no bait on the planet worth $800. Ridiculous
I usually fish smaller lures but these vids are making me want to try out some swim baits, good work man.
Same. Googling heavy action rods as I watch this 😄
I'm glad you cover so many styles and techniques. I've definitely used a few thx MFR
Pushing content no matter what, love to see it Brother Ben
We need an actual challenge here. Take the cheap and the expensive baits and go fishing. Love you content. Keepem comin.
Very good demonstration, thanks for the info.
Good info on the big baits! Thanks Ben.
Personally I’m interested in seeing differences in different swim jigs and swim baits. Silicone vs rubber skirts etc. I liked this video a lot more toned down, thanks for all you do!!!
Love the info on swimbaits. Just gettin into fishing big in my area and am searching info like a madman. Yours was excellent on pricing and action on different baits.
Love these videos...an expert showing his way.....I've use glide bait before but never got a bite yet, after watching how to use those lures hopefully I will get one soon
There is a place for big wide gliding baits in open water but- the cheaper glide that has a tighter action works 10 times better in cover than the ones that have this wide, extreme glide. The S-waver, the Pistol Pete, Sneaky Pete, and Arashi are great cover glides. And since cover is predominantly what I fish, I stick to the cheaper glides and it works great for me. 6th sense sells inexpensive glide baits so- obviously there is a place for them.
I was waiting for a 15 pound strike from the pool, that thing look so good.
Awesome video++
Great video, thanks for the info
Great video. Lot of info! God bless!
My MAN!!! Yo this video was dope my man. Actually helped a lot. Can’t wait to see the next one my dude!
Keep’em cummin
great video! definitely needed a video like this with the underwater footage. the sneaky pete is one of my favorites but in rivers.. hands down the best glide in current.
The cheapo Amazon bait is my one of my favorite swimbaits ive fished. About 3 years ago the first or second time I fished it I caught my official pb 6.4lb largemouth practicing for a tournament and have caught 3s and 4s on it. But that doesn’t mean it’s the best glad out there just saying it catch’s fish
Amazing video homie. Wish my pool was that clean 😂
Gotta get that indoor pool life apparently. 😅
Thanks Kevin!
What clear coats do you use on your baits you paint?
Hinkles only retail for $175 and can be found on SU for less than $300 relatively often.
Love the bait comparisons between spending pocket change to using ur credit card love the under water demonstrations spot on
Love learning anything about fishing. What makes it a great sport. Can ALWAYS learn something new! 🎣🧡🖤🧡
Thank you!
@@MillikenFishing see you at Guntersville. Always appreciate you taking time to teach and compare.
love this content! CAN U PLZ do more catch n cooks thooooo
You should have your home made shad out there! Cool vid, love getting to see the diffo action.
🔥 bassfishing is now probably one of my favourite species too fish I have been learning a couple tricks from your videos!!
Quick question about throwing big baits. Do you prefer using braid to leader when throwing a slow sink since you are covering the upper portion of the water column or do you throw straight fluorocarbon across the board? Quick note…caught my some fish burning the bank with my new Trace. Getting more today on 6th sense Black Friday sale to send to be custom matte painted for this winter.
Great video, keep more coming, maybe try out cranks and stuff next...
Agreed!
I love the pool explanations. But I like you and your sons video the best
Awesome to see the underwater footage. Wish you would have worked the cheap one like you did the others, would have been more interesting.
Did i not?
@@MillikenFishing felt like you worked it quicker, I could be wrong though.
@@tykeni6521 I was thinking the same thing. It looked like Ben was retrieving the expensive bait more slowly. He had also said what his preference is before the test so he put himself in a position where he might want to demonstrate/defend his claims.
@@tykeni6521 100% worked the cheap one fast and it came up, worked the expensive one the same and it did the same
@@MillikenFishingI love your videos, and am a huge fan, but I don’t think you worked these the same. You were much more twitchy with the cheaper ones.
@milliken fishing just out of curiosity with the Hinkle Trout would you throw that in a body of water that you know does not have trout in it?
Forget the baits, Ben you have come a long way from the water feature in your Nebraska backyard. Congratulations on all your success it is well earned.
Love the vids! I liked this video a lot! I wished you had one of those savage gear shine glides to get your take on it
What do you think about the Livingston lures swimbaits
Another Great Video. Love these Pool Videos. I have the Storm Arashi Have caught many 6,7, even a 8 lb on it. Wish they had better color schemes though like you said Ben 🍻
What line through swin baits do you use?? I've been wanting to try one since the first time I saw you use one.
Good vid! The Hinkle trout is 🔥 I Need one! 😜 I have deps and gancraft but never have been able to get my hands on a Hinkle.
On those budget baits The 200 Waver is a total different bait than the 168 in my opinion, I consider the 168 just a big jerkbait! The 200 has a way better glide and it dont blow out as easy, It flat out gets bit for a cheap bait
Can't wait for the paint vids
You bet
Thank you for this.
Love the swim baits!!
Wow amazing. Would like to know what set and brand of rod and reel that can throw all those swimbait?
great video a lot of people dont understand the difference in all these good to see some one show it to people
Agreed!
just like i wasn't that good at using crank baits till i watch you video it help me
What are your thoughts on the smash tech glide bait?
Thank you for showing us your mad skillZ
Wow, the movement is really like a fish.🤩Nice fishing skill👍
Very informative video!
So many questions. When do you use a snap? Do you ever use a big split ring? How do you know what size treble hooks and which treble hooks are best? How much weight do you add and how and where do you add it? Which paint schemes do you look for? Rotating hook hangers? Braid hook hangers? Line? Heavy mono flouro? Reels and rods?
Hey Ben, would love your analysis of a Sebile Swimmer. Maybe some retrieval tips. Appreciate ya!
Good video man! I just started to throw the big swim baits this last year. I've done really good with my "Sneaky Pete". Especially with the spotted bass.
Would be great to see a video breaking down selecting crankbait type and colours.
Thank you sir was a great video I'll have to try some this weekend here in east Texas
How do you find the hinkle lures? I can’t find any.
Can’t wait to see you catch one on that Hinkle Trout 😉
Imagine spending $2500 on a lure to lose it in a tree on your first cast
When do you use a snap or split ring ?
Would weighting down the front hook of the arashi potentially help prevent blow outs?
Haven’t played around with the sneaky pete yet but the arashi has been one of my most productive glides in recent years, catching multiple 6lbers here in Illinois. I also like that it is silent compared to the sneaky pete other than joint clack
That's what it's all about! Education and fair judgement
Let's get a "No Sonar" series where slaw picks the spots.
Love this one! Would be nice to see the Draw swim alongside the Flow Glider.
For sure!
Can we throw the trace in there as well? Just got my first flow glider & it slays!!
If you don't have forward facing sonar, how would you personally fish the sneaky pete for example sake? Like fan casting a point or something like that
I had a tournament where I saw some 5 pound class fish cruising, the S waiver drew some but couldn't get them to commit. Super clear water 5-6 foot deep.
my favorite is the storm Arashi glide.. made multiple 1st and 2nd checks in the big bass tour events on smith mountain on it... at 40 bucks it walks very well
I live in the California Delta and the sneaky Pete is my go to bait. It is the best working glide for the price.
Like that action on that G-rat Sneaky Pete. ..and for the price point 🔥🔥
Me too!
If you could do a pole and what size of line to use for glide baits would be nice
Can we get Ben to breakdown some pnw waters for big bass? I'd love to see him hit some Columbia River smallmouth.
Been wanting to get up to the Columbia
I second this! Would also like to see some in depth lake break downs from start to finish not just the on the water type of thing
@@MillikenFishing my best smallie on the Columbia is as big as my best largemouth from any lake.
Ben should try up here in Washington
Time to come on to Louisiana Big Ben
Always good content and informative. Just ordered me a draw can't wait to try it
the Arashi Glide will trigger some bites with 3-4 quick handle turns in addition to twitches and a straight retrieve
I have caught a lot of fish on an arashi but I might have to give the draw a shot!
I would like to see a vid on how to retrieve a glide bait the proper way. I have issues with my retrieve. I have the the draw and the draw mini.
Great video! I've been trying to get a KGB Chad Shad for two years now. They're impossible to find. Like you said, they sell out instantly.
Would like to know your big bait approach for stained or even muddy water.
Live in colo. Q. Can swimbaits be use from eary spring to late fall ?i just started uesing and learing how to use them any other tip ? Thank you
Absolutely!
Great demo
Thanks Ronald!
@@MillikenFishing 😎 actually Ty. Never could see what some of my swimbaits work from side. Learned a lot.
Solid vid
From seeing this the first bait you threw to the 6 sense they move the same with it wanting to go up and rolling
I remember when I named the ripping raft. Got absolutely no credit. But Ben is still my favorite you tuber.
Can you do a review on the bass pro XPS Boss Glide
What do you think about the old catch 22 ?
And Ben we saw the pool vid on the inu rig but when are you going to stick it inu bass?! Love to see you smack um on it. Demo por favor!
Cool video! Does a clip or swivel affect the action of the bait? And is it required? Could you use heavy mono if you do not have the access to get fluorocarbon?
It can affect each bait differently...Berkley big game is one of the most popular lines in the industry for giant swimbaits. Get some!
@@MillikenFishing Thanks! I will
Where can I get the material to make my own. Anybody know?
You ever throw a roman made? If so what’s your opinion compared to a hinke trout? Also a swimbait rod video would be cool if you don’t one already
Awesome video. You need to try out the 86 Baits threadfin shad. It has the best action I have ever thrown in a shad. I am about to receive a Bull Shad Glide, so we'll see which is better. I know everyone else has said it, but throw in a DRT Klash 9, or Tiny Klash. I have an extra TK if you don't have one. Keep up the good work.
The Draw is the first glide I've owned finally got a chance to fish it today to see how it worked and it looks awesome didn't catch anything had one follower but I did catch my PB today on a 6th sense swim jig she went 7 1/4 lbs not bad for a 5 acre city poop hole in central Nebraska you bet
Hands down best video yet.
Great on description of every bait and what it does.
The filming was excellent.

When would you use a 3 1/2 ounce sinking 8 inch s waver? Do you want them to sink?
Dope vid dude!! Always spreading legit knowledge to the community 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Aye but isn’t that chad shad actually an HPH bait?
I live SC around a lot of dark river water and murky ponds, what style and color of lures would you recommend?
Bright colors with loud rattles!
@@MillikenFishing thank you so much
Can you add weight to the front to keep them from popping up as fast?
Awesome video, what rod would you recommend for swim baits up to 2 ounces?
6th Sense Team 6 Rod in 7'9" XH
@@MillikenFishing thx for the reply, I’ll definitely pick one up with that code.
Awesome 👍🏾👍🏾
The s waver smashes giants bro!
Milliken should do a video of him fishing the big swimbaits in a spill way. Or fishing at that spill way that he always catches those carp with that silver rattletrap that he snagges the carp with. If I said that right.
curious on ur thoughts on some more glides, baitsanity.. gantrell.. gancraft..shit theres a lot
