      Todd, as a 50 year old who has survived through 3 recession cycles, you are doing the RIGHT thing! Don't EVER listen to anyone who tells you to SPEND money! Sock away the money and life the lifestyle YOU and your wife want. Hard times will inevitably come and you will have your cushion and freedom. You are an inspiration even to a guy who has made and lost and now made millions, but it came at a price to my family and marriage. All the money in the world is not worth that instability and pain to my wife and family. Money is NOT everything but financial security IS for a family. You are killing it Todd.

      Very insightful updates👍📉 Well i will also say this here... Even as the economy, cryptocurrency market including bitcoin seems to be a bit unbalanced at the moment, i still find this period so useful as it is a very good time to buy and find a working strategy/daily signals to accumulate and expand your source of income, which will be well backed up with guidance provided by a pro-trader Expert Alexia Clayton . What you need now is a strategy and a good professional to build a very strong investment portfolio with the little you have now. Quite a number of investment traders including newbies may be scared about investing due to this pullback in the market which I see as lack of experience and research about what strategy to invest with. Due to my detailed research, I was able to know about Alexia Clayton's investment strategy (price action) and portfolio management which is so accurate and profitable to me ever since the last bear market, during my first month I was able to increase and grow my portfolio from $15,000 to $48,000 with her investment strategy . However, I still see this period as a very good investment period with the guidance of my expert. You can reach Alexia Clayton via WhatsApp:> or her work mail; for inquiries into profitable investment systems which will help you a lot in securing financial freedom.

    7:40 you see, there comes the line between frugality and cheapness. What's the point of saving all that up if you can't spend it a little. Live a little!! There's no guarantee that you'll even live till next morning. Saving and budgeting are crucial parts of the pathway to financial freedom. However, if you refuse to indulge in the basic pleasures of life then what's the point?? You'll be sitting there 75 years old with tens and maybe even hundreds of millions of dollars but you can't walk properly anymore, your teeth don't chew food as well as they once did, all of that money would go to your kids if you had any.

I literally have gotten $760 tires for $150 with credit cards with 6 months zero interest to pay that little amount off. I see a little of him in me, it’s fun learning about life hacks. I personally see nothing wrong with him driving a 2009 Ford Focus. But I do agree with Ryan you do need to live a little. Not necessarily own a Lamborghini, but he makes enough to get himself a Mercedes, Lexus etc. He and his wife doesn't have to share a car. He could pay cash for a $10k or below Camry/Accord and both could share the Mercedes. And if he needed to look at properties or see his tenants in his Focus. My grandfather used to do when I was a kid. He was a landlord, he'd pick up the rent in his '78 Oldsmobile Delta 88 and drive in his new '86 Cadillac Coupe Deville when he didn't have to see his tenants😆

    I’m sorry but everyone makes real estate income look easy BUT it has a lot of cons. Time and money. Finding the “right” tenant and ensuring they don’t destroy your property. If they did, lots of legal fees and annoyances. Most of the time, you’ll have to update items in your property after tenants leave. I don’t think it’s as lucrative as some make it to be!

    • @gavip24

      Join carpenters/plumbers/hvac union, finish 4 yr apprenticeship and during it study avenues of investing, finance management, economics on your own/under the knowledge of experienced people. Maybe get an MBA, an online project management degree. Live frugally during this time and build your credit using it for necessities and paying it off on time... Then with money you've saved put money down on a property to get you started, atleast 25%. To cut cost(s) and improve the property purchase a fixer upper after getting it inspected. Use your skills to also cut costs and subcontract work to trusted professionals for what you dont know. Rent/sell and overtime just repeat and live as you did in the beginning. All profits reinvested. Like Ryan said dont be like this guy and go from taking off the top 9% to 40% of your clients payment which they think is going towards the service while in reality you're ripping people off.

    The insurance commission is not as Ryan says it is. This guys probably works in an insurance brokerage, not a carrier. And brokerage firms make between 10-15 percent commission of the premium. Of that 10-15% this guys gets 40%. So that’s 4-7% commission of the total premium.

    i think dude isnt telling us something here. i think alot of the reason theyre so committed to punishingly tight-fisted living is because their business model puts them in a highly-leveraged position. so while they have this huge number as their income, thats not all profit like it would be from a job. the vehicles that create that income could have them in a lot of debt and after you factor in the costs that come with renting housing, they may or may not make a profit at all. just a possible theory.

    A smart man makes his money work for him or rather investments. There are many investments out there I have tried quite a few of them but stock trading has been the most successful of all. As I have taken my time to advice young, old and investors to try out investing in forex and stock market.

    • @michbobby2287
      @michbobby2287 4 года назад +4

      Well, it was frustrating for me when I started too, but I got better with time. Now I make up to $35k on a single investment with a capital of $5k. It's all about hard work and some good research.

    • @michbobby2287
      @michbobby2287 4 года назад +2

      @Sarah Scott I don't make that much trading on my own. I trade under the platform of an expert in the forex and stock market by name Alexia Clayton, she has a cooperation where she trades for people who don't have the experience and skills to trade.

    • @michbobby2287
      @michbobby2287 4 года назад +4

      @Sarah Scott She has a platform where she creates slots for her clients and trades for them. All you do is invest with her as she handles the trade. After the slot has been created and successfully funded she, she gives the client a passkey to monitor their trade and also learn as she trades for them. But she has a commission of 25%.
      You have to be familiar with bitcoin too.

    A reaction video to Millennial Money AND asking us to smash the like button?!?!?! Sure, Ryan and Graham may be on friendly terms now, but this could turn into an east coast/west coast beef like Tupac and Biggie if Serhant starts posting 20-cent iced coffee videos. 😂
