Sony Vegas Pro 11 (Multiple/Split Screen Tutorial)

man This was nice , Can you make one more tutorial , I want to play All four videos in Split screen but I want to play them one by one , Like all four Vids place in Split screen , One plays while other 3 are paused and then second plays ad others are paused .. and so on .. :/

When I render the video, it isn't the same as when it was on Vegas. Like the videos aren't centered anymore and they're different sizes. What happened?
