I have a love/hate relationship with Half Price Books. Usually they're way overpriced when I go in there, but on the flip side, I once also found PS2 Def Jam N.Y. there on the CLEARANCE rack for $2, and then another time I found Pokemon Gale of Darkness for Gamecube, mint condition, for $14.99. It completely comes down to who priced that games that day and are you in the right place/right time.
Congrats on the jewel variant. There are some longbox to jewels which get pricy. Isn't the recalled Syphon Filter 3 considered the rarest retail release for PS1? Price is different than rarity, but I think they were going for around the same amount last I checked, and I didn't check before leaving this comment. Also, I'd like to know whether rare GH like Dino Crisis or Toy Story pop up less frequently.
The Game Hunting I did was going to St. Louis and went to a GameStop and I found God of War origins collection for $11(used points for it) but I was looking for it so yay
The messed up thing about these GameStop retro sections is they all have the same titles.... There's one or two unique ones but it's going to be Ass Creeds, CODs, Halos, and Just Dances.... and then they are going to wonder why those games aren't selling and then label it a failure.
