Hi Phillip. P06dd on FCA will make the pcm derate the engine by limiting the throttle actuation for “protection“ and when that happens, some people interpret it as limp mode which is different than trans limp mode as you know. As for oil pressure tester, mopar has 2021500090 for 2014 and up. You’ll find lots of different tools and adapters online by just googling. Good luck
Was there not a test kit where you take off oil filter cap (not filler, filter) and replace the cap with one that has a fitting to hook up to a real oil pressure gauge for testing. I think there are 2 different kinds based on year of motor.

Very confusing on the filter choice! Run a higher viscosity oil.
@maui6446 it calls for 5w20 and I used 5w30 synthetic
@@PhillipBailey I don't live in your cold climate but I run 5w-40 in most of my older stuff as the clearances are probably loose.
