So glad to see the Manix lightweight in here, Jerad. Managed to find a lightweight Manix 2 in Magnacut that I intend on building with Flytanium and Meton Boss stuff. Can’t wait for it to show up!
Kizer just had a flash sale that included 2 versions of the October in 20CV and texture milled Titanium for $87, and the CF Begleiter with S35VN for $84.50. Unbelievable deals consistently, Kizer is absolutely killing the budget/budget premium game. Everything I’ve gotten from them (fixies and folders) has been *mwah* chefs kiss
I really like the knives in the $100 - $150 when they are done right. Its a good way to a knife with a premium aspect of your choice whether that is blade steel or handle material. I'd love to see more Knives with titanium scales and midrange steels in this range.
Definitely check out Kizers daily flash sales if you don’t already. I just snagged the carbon fiber Begleiter in S35VN for $84, it normally goes for $140-160. They also had titanium and 20CV Octobers, coated or satin blades for $87. Crazy deals all the time and even at full price are fantastic budget premium knives
If I was in a position to buy anything I would have bought several off that list, maybe more! That Kizer in 4v was very interesting (I have the mini critical in 3v and I do like that steel), but when I heard you mention the Mannix 2 in Rex 45 and for the price I was about to jump on it but the timing was off for me. You really showed some good ones in that bunch! I’m going to pull the trigger on one within the next six months I hope!
Got the satin Rex 45 couple weeks ago. Just ordered another for the kids Xmas gift..was afraid they wont be available much longer. You're gonna love it!
@@NeevesKnives considering the bel air is on the list, I can see leaving the Deka off. I think the Deka is the better option. I really love the way hogue runs magnacut and the able lock feels better than any other crossbar I’ve tried besides the one on the Anthem. The bel air isn’t bad by any stretch and since it’s the new hotness, it makes sense to be on the list.
Benchmade has some newer small knives that look cool, but they don't make a plastic handle version only the 300 buck ones, they should make a less expensive version because most people don't want to pay 300 for a tiny knife
Hey. Yet, another Super Helpful review!! I learn SOO much from you. You certainly find a balance of how much steel-head info, how much sharpening perspective, how much aesthetical /design/ ergonomics deep dive. Thanks, I can't say too many times how much I appreciate what you do for the Community. ✨😻
Where can that Rex 45 Manix be had? I thought it was on BladeHQ but I'm not seeing it on there. EDIT : Duh, i found it. Lol. Do you have a discount code for GP Knives?
Wish i had friends giving out spydercos😂 buddy gave be a buck last yr. Lasted about that long. US made buck too Great blade, handles suck, whole thing is rivited and the thumb studs pop off. Ironically my $25 chinese made buck trunk feels fine 3 yrs later. All i wanted was an upgraded pocket knife...what a rabbit hole
I've got two Manix2 LW and I hate the blockiness and feel of the FRN scales. Feels super cheap, wish I'd never bought them. I should get the Original Goat scales to save them
The OG scales do improve it massively especially with titanium, I used to also not like them until I really started appreciating the lightweightness of them along with toughness
Why is the only shipping method from Kubey a $20 FedEx charge? I'm losing the discount from your code. I know it ain't much but when on a budget, every dollar counts.
I honestly can't see waisting anymore $ on any kizer again ever! How do you heat treat a blade so bad that not only does the edge roll from a slight breeze, but also chips from 15 feet of cardboard!? WTF!
I'm not sure exactly what you are referring to but lemons happy, typically a knife doesn't chip out if it roll easily and vice versa. Unless it's a soft steel with burnt edge which can be sharpened off. I've had a lot of great Kizer Knives however I do think they could improve the heat treatments on certain steels
I would be careful with the kobold 2 the blade can hit one of the standoffs if the blade is closed to hard. Mine has a chip in it that requires to sharpen all the back past the factory edge bevel to get rid off which is alot of steel to remove. Ive had multiple kizers with the problem of the edge hitting the backspacer/standoffs
THANK YOU TO THE PERSON THAT BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT THE KOBOLD IN 4V IS GOING FOR 54$ WITH THIS LINK amzn.to/4gjogZv

I’m gonna do that with the crucarta model. Get some OG scales and titanium accents for it.
DUDE!! thanks for the info on the $100 ti sheepdog, got 2 before they sold out 😅 i can’t wait to give it a try

I got that Manix Rex 45 a couple weeks ago...fantastic!
Great list! Id also say many of those various titanium Kubey models could be included in this list. (Royal, Vagrant, Tityus, Coeus, Momentum).
Picked up the CS Code 4, S35VN for $68 on Amazon 👍🏼
Thanks Jared. I am a Vision FG lover. Hard to beat for the price 👍🏻
I have that Kubey Hyperion. It came laser beam sharp. Highly recommend.
I have the Kobold in 4v. Great knife.
Mine came a bit too tight on the detent, but thats an easy fix
I have the kizer smolts and sheep dog xl very large knife. The smolts I use all around my yard.
And the Kubey,, with this handle,,, is very nice to !! ^^
My Kizer stuff in 3V is pretty awesome too. I don’t have any other 3V from another company but it has stayed sharp as can be forever.

Enjoyed it brother.
That first kizer, to me, looks like an updated version of Kershaw's bareknuckle
Kobold rocks. Thank for the video Jerad
Hell yea the Bang is back
Tried the code for the KUBEY KNIVES HYPERION and it didn’t work. Any help. Would totally purchase it at 160
Love thst kobalt blade
Kizer Coniferous V is now $48 on Amazon, one of the best deals in the knife world. Amazing design, titanium and micarta and 154cm. What’s not to love?
Pls. Antother video on spinewack test
I thought that kubey hyperion looks super similar to the tactile archer
Wish Kizer would list there rhc on their blades

Hey bro the Code did not work on the Kubey Ti

That sheepdog is $200 plus.

My consumer ed teacher called this technique: "sticking it to the consumer".
Yeah idk about that, and have no control I will see what I can do about it are you in usa?
@NeevesKnives Yes, Arizona. I tried taping the shipping box but it wouldn't bring up another option. Maybe I'm not doing something right, IDK.
Where's the Militaw?

Spyderco does absolutely nothing for me. I know they are great knives but I personally think they are ugly.
Ugly to the eye, but beauty in the hand.
