  • The next best thing to our famous hydraulic circuit. You can use cans of beans (or other food) or 2 water bottles, or hand weights to do this. Of course, it's not the real thing, but it will keep you at it.
    To do the full 30-minute workout, play the video twice and do the stretch routine afterwards.
